He was rewarded with numerous awards for his immense contribution to Telugu cinema and recently he has received a doctorate from the prestigious University of California. Marking the occasion of Mohan Babu completing 40 years in filmdom, popular politician T Subbirami Reddy is going to felicitate the veteran actor in a grand way in Vizag today (Sep 17th) evening.
Reports coming in that the event has been planned in a never before way with lavish arrangements for the film fraternity. Celebrities of film industry from all over South have been invited and many have flown in to witness this grand affair. Big names like Chiranjeevi, Sri Devi, Jaya Sudha, Jaya Pradha, Suresh Babu, Brahmanandam, Dasari Narayana Rao and Boney Kapoor have already landed in Vizag to attend the event. Also, many young stars and noted artists are going to attend the event which will commence at 7 PM today.
