While the makers of Chiranjeevi’s 150th film, Kathilantodu are frantically searching for a female lead and have scouted all the well-known names, across South who’d be perfect for the Telugu audiences, it turns out their search in Bollywood – with the likes of Jacqueline and Nargis being approached – hasn’t gone down well with the star who is apparently not keen on casting a B-Town actress.
“The options are limited and time is running out. But there’s no clarity on the female lead. This is proving to be more challenging than the decision of choosing the comeback film,” shares as source close to the actor.
If the southern beauties are busy and Chiru isn’t keen on girls from up north, this does seem like a difficult bet, eh?
