Although murmurs of Venkatesh’s possible collaboration with director Trinadha Rao Nakkina have been doing the rounds of late, it was only while promoting his production venture ‘Ee Nagaraniki Emaindi’ did leading producer Suresh Babu confirmed the development, indicating that he’s on board to shepherd it under his prestigious Suresh Productions.
A little digging into the project got this exclusive piece of info. In the film, we were told, Venky will be playing a cop—a dashing one at it. It would be set in a rural setting. “It was Prasanna Kumar Bezawada, the writer of successful films like ‘Cinema Choopista Mava’ and ‘Nenu Local’ who set the project, an action-entertainer. The usual finicky Venky too gave his nod in the first go itself as he liked the humour content and the way his character was etched.”
The sources add further, “Once both Prasanna and Trinadh are through with their current venture, ‘Hello Guru Premakosame’, they will be shifting attention to this film.”
The sources said that Suresh will be producing it along with People Media Factory.
