Jagan says `adharma’ is temporary, `dharma’ wins in the end

YSR Congress Party chief Y S Jaganmohan Reddy lashing out at Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu for engineering defections in the YSRP by luring its MLAs, turned philosophical and invoked the concept of `dharma’.

Accusing that Chandrababu Naidu is waging an ‘adharma’ battle devoid of principles, he said this may yields temporary results, but finally `Dharma’ will win. In this regard, he referred to Ramayana, or Mahabharat, or Khuran or Bible. “It is dharma which wins in the end,” he added.

He made this comments while admitting TDP leader from Kurnool district Gangula Prabhakar Reddy into his party. He also said in most of films villains looks like winning for some time, but finally they are bound to fall.

Reiterating his confidence that he is going to form the next government in the state, the Leader of Opposition said that Chandrababu Naidu’s days in public life are numbered. “Already three years are over. After two more years, our government will come. With that, the undemocratic rule of Naidu will end,” he added.

Meanwhile, ignoring persuasions from TDP leaders to stay back, Prabhakar Reddy joined the opposition party along with two ZPTCs, two MPPs, 35 MPTCs and 37 sarpanches, serving a big blow to the ruling party in Allagadda constituency, for which he was TDP’s in-charge.

He has left the TDP suspecting that his beta noir and Nandyal MLA Bhuma Nagi Reddy might be included in the state Cabinet. His Allagadda constituency is presently represented by Nagi Reddy’s daughter Akhila Priya in the Assembly and he does not see eye to eye with the Bhuma family.

Gangula lost the Assembly election in 2014 on TDP ticket when YSRC nominee Bhuma Shobha Nagi Reddy won the seat. Later, Nagi Reddy’s daughter Akhila Priya won the seat unanimously, after her mother’s death in an accident. Now, Gangula unable to digest as the same Bhuma family, after joining the TDP, is getting priority in party affairs.
