On the eve of Pawan Kalyan’s birthday, the makers of his upcoming film have officially announced KatamaRayudu as the title. Helmed by Gopala Gopala fame director Dolly, the film was formally launched a few weeks and the regular shooting is currently progressing at a steady pace. Owing to his political commitments, Pawan Kalyan is yet to commence shooting for this film. Close sources to the unit revealed that he will join the sets shortly.
The intense title has evoked a stirring response from the fans and general audience. Reportedly, Pawan Kalyan plays a powerful faction leader in the film. Shruthi Haasan has been roped in to play the film’s leading lady. It is learnt that the story has been laced with a beautiful romantic track and ample dose of action episodes. Pawan Kalyan’s close friend Sharrat Marar is bankrolling the film on Northstar Entertainment banner.
Anup Rubens is composing the soundtrack for the film.
