PM Modi is holding a meeting in Delhi with the presidents of political parties to discuss ‘One Nation One Election’ issue. It’s drawing criticism from rival parties. CM Chandrasekhar Rao, Chandrababu Naidu, CM Mamata Banerjee and DMK leader Stalin didn’t attend the meeting. AP CM Jaganmohan Reddy along with his MPs attended the meet and gave their opinions.

Mamata took objection to the meeting and asked why it is being conducted at a short notice without giving sufficient to prepare. She is taking a hard line against the Centre. Now, KCR said that he was busy with the Kaleswaram project inaugural function but at the same time he criticized Modi for not releasing sufficient central funds to Telangana. Naidu couldn’t go as he is going abroad. He wrote an open letter to the Centre to consult constitutional, political and legal experts before taking a final view on the single election. TDP Parliamentary Party leader Galla Jayadev is attending. TRS working president KT Rama Rao is representing Telangana.
