Indisputably a fabulous artiste, Revati showed her mettle yet again in Margarita With A Straw as mother battling a terminal disease and keeping her family together. She is back in Telugu after ages playing a mom in Varun Tej starrer Loafer directed by Puri Jagan and in the big canvas Brahmotsavam . She is also playing Radha, in “Good Morning Sunshine” as a woman who was a very well known actor and is now rarely seen on screen, living in solitude, cynical about the people connected with films and media but has a soft heart that she herself refuses to acknowledge. The film is written with a lot of intensity and is very challenging. Revati is also set to direct two films soon. It is a big change for the audience who are by now bored of watching Pragati and Pavitra Lokesh as mom on big screen.
