In what seemed music to the ears of Telangana IT minister K T Ramarao, Yashodhara Raje Scindia said Telangana had become talk of the nation. Raje, minister for commerce and Industries and employment, Madhya Pradesh, today called on Ramarao at Telangana secretariat.

Raje said her state was keenly watching what was happening in the new state of Telangana and how the youngest state of India was surging ahead overcoming the problems of partition. The member of Scindia clan was in Hyderabad to study the innovative schemes launched by chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao such as TsiPASS and Mission Bhagiratha, Mission Kakatiya and new industrial policy. ” Telangana is being talked about though out the country. Entire nation is watching the state and its administration under the leadership of chief minister Chandrasekhar Rao,” she told Ramarao.

What brought Raje to Hyderabad and meet KT Ramarao?

She said she wanted to study Telangana in the light of the recent electoral victories of the TRS. In the meeting, KTR briefed Madhya Pradesh minister about the objective of the new state. ” KCR government is going ahead with definitive strategy in every sector such as IT, Electronics, Biotechnology, Aerospace, Defense etc. Our top priority is to give water to every inch of arable land in the state. The government has embarked on a massive scheme of building irrigation projects across the state with an outlay of Rs 75,000 crore. The project is meant to strengthen the agriculture in the state,” Ramarao told his Madhya Pradesh guest.
In the meeting, Raje praised how chief minister KCR succeeded in achieving statehood to Telangana by adopting Gandhian non-violent method.

She said the recent electoral victories of Telangana Rashtra Samiti and how the schemes launched by the state government helped the party win stunning victory in all places wherever the elections held in recent past had become a hot topic in Madhya Pradesh.
