They not only ignored me, but also the people – Chandrababu Naidu

By pulling the plug on the BJP-led NDA, AP CM Chandrababu Naidu gave birth to a new political wave in the nation. In an exclusive interview with Bhupendra Chaubey, CBN went on to reveal some key details regarding the NDA – TDP divorce.

Chandrababu Naidu repeatedly stated that the BJP has not only betrayed him but the people of Andhra Pradesh. ‘I made 29 visits to New Delhi and met various leaders. Whenever I met them, they came up excuses like UP elections, Bihar elections and others.

Despite my continued fight for the last 4 years, nothing has happened. They attended few things here and there. But broadly, they ignored me, and my state.

What am I asking? I’m asking the NDA government to implement the AP Reorganization Act 2014, and the promises made on the floor of the house at the time of bifurcation. Along with BJP National President Amit Shah, other cabinet ministers are also making false allegations. The BJP has backtracked on every promise it had made’, said Chandrababu.

With today being the last day of the Parliamentary sessions, this will be a litmus test for CBN’s political career. Today’s developments in Delhi are likely to impact the stakes of TDP in 2019 elections.
