Kotam Reddy Sridhar Reddy, YSRCP MLA from Nellore was issued notices by Police. There have been allegations of this MLA involving in cricket betting. Police served the notice to MLA to inquire into the case.
There was an article in a news paper in 2017 about Sridhar Reddy involving in cricket betting and the article blamed MLA got a few lakhs of amount from that betting group. However, MLA denied all such allegations and told he is ready to cooperate with the police and in fact he urged SP to expedite the inquiry. Now, MLA Sridhar Reddy told the police that he would not be able to attend the inquiry by Police because the nominations for the Rajya Sabha are currently underway and he had to attend assembly sessions during those days.
We will have to wait and see how this case turns!!
