After the Telangana Government seized the guesthouse of Prabhas, he challenged their decision in the High Court. The court asked the Telangana Government to file a counter petition in this issue at the earliest. The further investigation in this case has been postponed. The lawyers on behalf of government clarified that his guesthouse has been seized but was not demolished or disturbed.
The High Court asked the Government to file a counter petition before December 24th and the next hearing in this case will take place on December 31st. The revenue officials took hold of 84.3 acres land in Rayadurgam region after the Supreme Court announced the verdict in favour of the Telangana government. With no one in the guesthouse, the revenue officials seized the property of Prabhas after which he approache the High Court.
