One more Exclusive update from Prabhas’ Fauji

Telugu360 was the first to break the news that Prabhas’ upcoming film is titled Fauji and Prabhas will be seen as a soldier. Hanu Raghavapudi is the director and the film will have a grand launch on August 22nd in Hyderabad. The film is set during the pre-independence and Hanu Raghavapudi made sure that Fauji also has a heart touching love story. We have one more exclusive update from the film. The film is set during the regime of Subhash Chandra Bose. He was the founder of Azad Hind Fauz and Prabhas works in the organization in the film.

Prabhas will transform himself as a soldier before he joins the sets of the film. Mrunal Thakur and Rashmika Mandanna are the frontrunners for the heroine’s role in Fauji. Prabhas will soon resume Raja Saab directed by Maruthi.

Prabhas to have a packed 2024

Prabhas is in relaxing mode after the release of Kalki 2898 AD. The actor celebrated the success of the film in Europe and he returned back to Hyderabad recently. He will take a break till the end of this month and he will join the sets of Raja Saab directed by Maruthi in August. He allocated bulk dates where the major episodes involving Prabhas and an action sequence will be canned. Prabhas also gave his nod for Hanu Raghavapudi for a periodic action drama and the shoot commences in August. The film titled Fauji will be launched on August 22nd and the shoot commences on that day.

The film is also an expensive attempt and Prabhas has to allocate bulk dates for the film. Massive sets are constructed for the shoot of this project. As Sandeep Vanga’s Spirit is delayed, Prabhas will complete the shoots of Maruthi’s Raja Saab and Hanu Raghavapudi’s Fauji. Prabhas will have a packed 2024 as he has to complete Raja Saab and a major part of Fauji. Sandeep Vanga’s Spirit is scheduled to start early next year. Prabhas will have two releases next year. Raja Saab will be his next release after Kalki 2898 AD.

Prabhas is on a holiday and he flew to Italy even before the release of Kalki 2898 AD. He celebrated the success of the film abroad and has taken a break of more than two weeks. The actor returned back to Hyderabad recently and he is all set to return back to work. The actor is expected to allocate dates for his upcoming Raja Saab and the next schedule will start by the end of this month. Maruthi has completed all the shoot except Prabhas’ portions. Prabhas has to allocate 50 days for the film to complete the shoot of Raja Saab.

Prabhas is keen to complete the shoot of Raja Saab at the earliest. People Media Factory are the producers of Raja Saab and Malavika Mohanan, Nidhhi Agerwal and Riddhi Kumar are the heroines. Raja Saab is expected to have its theatrical release in the first quarter of 2025.

Kalki 2898 AD Team slaps Legal Notices for Fake Tweets

The team of Kalki 2898 AD has sent legal notices against Bollywood critics Sumit Kadel and Rohit Jaiswal for their misleading tweets on the box-office numbers of the film. They admitted that the numbers released by the production house are fake. The makers of Kalki 2898 AD slapped a legal notice for both of them individually demanding Rs 25 crores for their derogatory tweets against the film. The makers also asked them to come with the daily breakeven report of collections as per the territories. If the explanation is not convincing, the team demands Rs 25 crores.

The tweets posted by them are instantly deleted from their official handles after the news broke out. Kalki 2898 AD is doing great business all over and the film is rock steady even in its fourth week. Directed by Nag Ashwin, the film has Prabhas, Amitabh Bachchan, Deepika Padukone and Kamal Haasan essaying the lead roles. Vyjayanthi Movies are the producers and the team announced a sequel and the filming starts soon.

The film by the end of the third week has collected 930 cr gross worldwide. Distributor share of the film stands at 442 Cr. The film now stands at All Time Top 7th among all Indian films Worldwide as it has surpassed Animal. Dangal, Baahubali2, RRR, KGF-2, Jawan, and Pathaan are ahead of this film. It needs to be seen if the film will cross the 1000 cr mark as it has a very long way to go. The film has surpassed 150 cr distributor share in Telugu States which has been achieved by Baahubali2 & RRR in the past.

Pan-Indian star Prabhas is currently holidaying in Europe and the actor is expected to return back to India soon. On his return, he will kick-start the shoot of Maruthi’s film and he will complete the shoot in quick schedules. Prabhas has signed two new films: Spirit to be directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga and Fauji in the direction of Hanu Raghavapudi. There is a delay in the scripting and pre-production work of Spirit and Prabhas decided to commence the shoot of Fauji. Hanu Raghavapudi is planning the schedules and the shoot of the film will start in October.

Spirit is pushed to early next year and Prabhas will shoot for both these films simultaneously in 2025. Hanu’s film is a periodic drama and Prabhas has to allocate so many dates for the film. So he has to shoot for Fauji and Spirit on a simultaneous note next year. Mrunal Thakur is expected to play the heroine in Fauji, a film that is set in the British backdrop in the 1940s. Prabhas plays a soldier and this big-budget attempt is produced by Mythri Movie Makers. Vishal Chandrasekhar scores the music and background score for Fauji.

It held decent on 2nd Friday and then jumped almost 100% on Saturday, which was huge and expected as the families embraced the film. Worldwide distributor share of the film stands at 381 Cr. In the Overseas markets, the film has surpassed the 25 Million mark, making it 3rd Tollywood film after Baahubali2 & RRR. The film is now sure to surpass the 900 Cr mark and it’s interesting to see whether it will hit the 1000 cr mark.

Kalki 2898 AD features Prabhas, Amitabh Bachchan, Deepika Padukone, Disha Patani and Kamal Haasan playing the lead roles in this sci-fi film. The film is making huge money all over and it is produced by C Ashwini Dutt. Santosh Narayanan scored the music and background score for Kalki 2898 AD. The film’s sequel will roll next year.

Kalki2898AD has an excellent extended weekend as the film has grossed 485 Cr Worldwide. Distributor share of the film stands at 250 Cr. The film has showed excellent growth on Sunday grossing 100 cr in India alone . The growth has been unanimous all over with AP showing 50% jump which is extraordinary . Basically the film recorded below par occupancies on opening day in B,C centres here and it has been compensated on Sunday with housefuls. The film almost touched double gross digit in Karnataka on Sunday. It recorded single biggest day in Tamil Nadu, Kerala & North India. The film recorded excellent numbers overseas , grossing 17 Million with all time record extended weekend in North America (Baahubali2 3 day wknd , Kalki 4 day weekend). It will be soon overtaking RRR here as its headed for a 15 million plus finish in North America alone.
