Rakshasudu has an average first week as the film has collected a worldwide distributor share of over 8.70 Cr. This is the fourth highest first week for the hero behind Alludu Seenu, Jaya Janaki Nayaka & Saakshyam. After a decent first weekend, the film was very average on weekdays with some considerable drop in collections on Wednesday. Collections aren’t that low but they aren’t enough for the rates which the film is sold. The fate of the film now depends upon the second week where it should utilise the 3 holidays (including 1 partial) and also brave the new releases.
