The Jaganmohan Reddy government is reversing even the irreversible guidelines given by constitutional institutions like the Central Vigilance Commission (CVC). Setting aside the CVC rules, AP formed its own guidelines to give contract of Polavaram works to whomsoever it likes. The media has unearthed and put out stories on this for which there is no straight clarification from the state government till now.
