It is official that Victory Venkatesh will step into the shoes of the remake of Tamil blockbuster Asuran. Srikanth Addala has been asked to direct the remake and the pre-production work kick-started recently. A bunch of new faces will have crucial roles in the film. Anushka Shetty was the first consideration for the role of the female lead in the film. After the actress rejected the offer, the makers are in the hunt for other actors.
As per the latest update, Shriya Saran has been locked for the project. Shriya watched Asuran recently and she loved the film. Shriya signed the film and will join the sets from January 2020. After a long break, Shriya is back signing Telugu films. She recently signed Vinayak’s Seenayya which will start rolling soon. Venkatesh who wrapped up Venky Mama is preparing himself for the remake of Asuran that will roll soon.
