Megastar Chiranjeevi’s next prestigious film Syeraa is shooting in the outskirts of Hyderabad. Massive sets have been erected and crucial war episodes are being canned. Telangana government shocked the makers after the sets have been demolished. The revenue officials revealed that sets have been erected in government lands without acquiring any permissions. Despite of serving notices several times, they received no response from the movie unit after which the sets have been demolished. On the other side, the makers have been tight lipped about the incident. The shoot of Syeraa has been kept on hold as of now. Megastar Chiranjeevi without wasting time participated in Harithaharam by planting saplings in his residence and released a video.
Megastar who has vast political influence has been silent about the incident and did not utter a word or condemn the incident. However things would have completely different if the same incident took place in Andhra Pradesh. This incident would turn out to be a sensation and caste politics would have taken the lead. People haven’t forgot about the Nandi Awards issue which made huge noise. Janasena fans would have taken this to the next level after Pawan starts a stir with his tweet. Telangana Government has been focused on the rules and is not bothered about anyone because of which the movie unit of Syeraa has been left in silence.
The makers are currently acquiring all the permissions and sets will be erected again once the formalities gets completed. Surendar Reddy is directing Syeraa and Chiranjeevi is essaying the role of freedom fighter Uyyalavada Narasimha Reddy. The movie is bankrolled on Konidela Production Company banner.
