Puri to repeat Manisharma for Fighter

Puri Jagannadh and Vijay Deverakonda’s ‘Fighter’ will commence the regular shoot in January 2020. Puri will start working on its pre-production from next month. Interestingly, he has already begun finalizing the music. He has taken Mani Sharma on board for this film as well.

Mani Sharma’s catchy tunes like ‘Ismart’, ‘Undipo’ and ‘Dimag Karaab’ played a huge role in the success of Puri Jagannadh’s recent blockbuster ‘iSmart Shankar’. He doesn’t want to experiment this time as far as music director is concerned. They are now having music sessions.

This will be the first time that Mani Sharma will work for a Vijay Deverakonda’s movie. Heroine for the film has not yet been finalized but Puri is trying to convince Sridevi’s daughter Janhvi Kapoor for the female lead. Charmee is the producer.

Vijay Devarakonda is currently working on a ripped look and he will showcase his six-pack abs for Fighter. Puri is currently designing a new look for Vijay which will be finalized soon. In this while, Vijay will be trained intensely in boxing and will shape up his body on a regular basis. The regular shoot of Fighter starts in January and the film releases during May 2020. Puri Jagannadh himself is the producer.

It has been announced that Puri has registered Fighter as the film’s title. Now, it is learnt that Vijay will be seen as a boxer in this film and he is likely to get trained from professionals of the sport. The Arjun Reddy actor will undergo stunning transformation for his role and he is set to spring a surprise with his new makeover.

Reportedly, Puri is looking for a Bollywood heroine to cast opposite Vijay in this film. The regular shooting will commence early next year.
