I hate YCP leaders, says Pawan Kalyan

0

Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan on Sunday said that he hates the ruling YSR Congress leaders for their corruption. He addressed the people and the party workers in Vijayawada as part of his Janavani programme, where he received representations from the people.

This was the second programme that Pawan Kalyan had conducted in Vijayawada to receive grievances from the people. He said that the YSR Congress leaders in the state were looting the house-sites of the people across the state.

“Chandrababu Naidu’s government had given them house sites and Y S Rajasekhar Reddy had given them loans to construct houses. Now, the Jagan Mohan Reddy government is looting them and is trying to take away the land,” Pawan Kalyan asserted.

He also said that the YSR Congress leaders from top to bottom have become corrupt and were looting peoples’ properties. “A studio owner in Visakhapatnam told me that the YCP leaders were trying to loot his property,” Pawan Kalyan said.

He further alleged that the YCP leaders were following what their leader Jagan Mohan Reddy was doing in the state. He alleged that the YCP leaders would be chased by the people if they failed to stop this corruption.

“You might be rowdies or factionists or red sanders smugglers. I am telling you with pain, you stop this looting or else we would be forced to chase you away from the state,” Pawan Kalyan said.

Janasena Party’s Alliance with TDP In 2019

Pawan Kalyan, who started Janasena party 4 years back, is all set to convene party plenary meetings for the first time. All set for his plenary meetings on March 14th. In his recent meeting with media, he told he will reveal all his plans during that meeting. However, Telugu360 got some info on his plans for 2019.

Pawan or his party did not contest 2014 elections though he supported TDP and BJP parties. However this time Janasena is open for 2019 elections and will contest the elections for assembly as well as parliament. Our sources tell he will again support TDP and he asked for 25 MLA seats and 2 MP seats from TDP. Another interesting news is that he will not contest personally in 2019 elections too. But wants to get it going and he is targeting 2024 as he wants to contest in all constituencies in 2024.

We will have to wait and see when Pawan is going to reveal his plans. Plenary meetings may give some clues in this direction.

Will Jana Sena contest in all seats really?

0

Janasena Party Vice-President Mahender Reddy was in Rajamahendravaram recently for a party meeting. In this meeting he told that Janasena is going to contest in all the seats of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana in 2019. He also confirmed that Pawan Kalyan will be contesting from Anantapur district as announced earlier.

But sometime back, Janasena official twitter handler also tweeted on this matter saying Janasena will contest to all 175 seats of AP. But within minutes, the tweet was deleted for some unknown reasons. So, it was speculated that time that Pawan is not yet decided on whether to contest in all seats or to go with alliance with some party and bag only a few seats. But now with Mahender Reddy clearing the air on this topic, again there was a debate on the same. The debate is whether Janasena will stick to this or again change its stand and contest only a few seats.

Analysts think it is very common for any political party to initially announce that the party will contest in all seats so that cadre could be built across the seat. If the party which is in nascent stage announces officially that it will contest only in a few constituencies, people will be in confusion whether their constituency will have a candidate contesting from their party or not and that will make it difficult for the party to build the cadre. Moreover, all the alliances will be finalized only in last 6 to 3 months and so until then, no party can confirm how many seats they will be contesting and Janasena is also not an exception for that!!!
