Nani’s Chitralahari Kishore Tirumala’s fiancée lends script

Telugu360 was the first to report that Natural star Nani will soon team up with talented filmmaker Kishore Tirumala, who directed films like Nenu Shailaja and Vunnadi Okkate Zindagi, for an interesting project which will be bankrolled by Mythri Movie Makers. We have also reported that the film has been titled as Chitralahari.

Now, here comes an interesting news. Reportedly, the story for Chitralahari has been penned by Kishore Tirumala’s fiancée. A little birdie has informed that the Kishore’s wife-to-be has written the script and he gave finishing touches to it. Nani is quite impressed with the narration and gave the nod to act in the film.

Though the genre of the film is kept under wraps, it is believed that Nani and Kishore are coming up with a different film that will appeal to all sections of audience. The regular shooting will commence early next year.

Nani is currently busy wrapping up MCA and Krishnarjuna Yuddham.

VOZ registers career best openings for Ram in overseas

Vunnadi Okkate Zindagi overseas premier day collections

Young actor Ram’s latest film Vunnadi Okkate Zindagi in the direction of Kishore Tirumala released today amidst good expectations as the duo previously delivered a decent hit with Nenu Shailaja. The film opened to packed houses all over, thanks to the positive vibes generated by the promising teasers and the heartwarming music album.

The film took a good start at the box office with career best figures for Ram. In overseas, VOZ started off on a very good note with $ 110K from its Thursday premiers which is highest ever premiers collections in Ram’s career by surpassing his previous best set up by Nenu Shailaja. This is a good start considering Ram’s market in overseas.

The film garnered good reports from overseas and Telugu states. However, it remains to be seen if it can sustain at the box office in the first weekend.

The film stars Anupama Parameshwaran and Lavanya Tripathi as the female leads.

Kishore Tirumala has spent a lot of time on Nenu Shailaja, it was earlier named HariKatha. The film is releasing on Jan 1st. It is crucial just not for him but for Ram as well who is reeling under flops. Kishore has to deliver a hit for the hero and has made many last minute changes after the debacle of Shivam. Though he directed Second Hand in Telugu, his first film in Tamil was Peliyar Thedu Kadisi Veeran with Jeeva’s brother Ramesh for Supergood Films. The movie did not do well. He went to Chennai for the dubbing of Nenu Neeku Telusa (the Tamil version) and narrated a story to Jeeva. He was impressed. He can read and write in Telugu and Tamil and had written dialogues for both the versions. His father speaks Telugu and his mother is a Tamilian.
