Bellamkonda Sai Sreenivas is racing forward in Tollywood with several actors struggling for offers. The actor’s next outing Saakshyam is hitting the screens this Friday directed by Sriwass. The film is said to be the costliest one in his career and top Bollywood production house Eros International is releasing the film all over. Sreenivas reveals that he blindly follows his director once he gives his nod for the subject. He called himself a director’s pet and Sreenivas loves to travel with his directors.
Sreenivas even revealed that several actors expressed their jealousy before him and he is only bothered about the success of his films. Varun Tej and Akhil Akkineni are his close industry buddies revealed the actor saying that he has worked hard to reach this position and spent many sleepless nights in the past. He is busy shooting for two films simultaneously and Kajal Aggarwal is the female lead in both the films. However, the producer of Saakshyam has now struck an unexpected deal ahead of the film’s release release this 27th. According to our reports, the entire theatrical rights of this scientific thriller have been bagged by Eros International.
Sources revealed that the producer has recouped his full investment with this solid deal. Already, the digital and satellite rights have fetched a strong price. With Eros deal, Saakshyam producer will be in profit zone even before the film’s release.

As Dil Raju backed out from Nizam rights, hero Srinivas is going to release the film on his own in that territory.

The movie directed by Sriwass too has been planned on a huge budget of Rs 40 crores and the makers recovered Rs 38 crores through the theatrical, satellite and digital rights of Saakshyam. The film should perform exceptionally well to recover the investments and leave the buyers in safe zone. Sreenivas has been promised Rs 5 crores as remuneration for Saakshyam. His father Bellamkonda Sreenivas acquired the Nizam rights of the film for Rs 7 crores and he paid Rs 2 crores for the makers without taking the remuneration.
Sreenivas signed a film for Anil Sunkara which is directed by Teja. The actor has been paid Rs 1 crore as advance. If the film’s business crosses Rs 40 crore mark, Sreenivas will be paid Rs 5 crores more as remuneration. If the film misses the Rs 40 crores, the actor will take Rs 4 crores as remuneration. With no commercial success, Bellamkonda Sreenivas is managing to impress filmmakers and is busy with back to back projects. He pinned many hopes on Saakshyam which is a crucial film in his career. Many calculations are completely dependent on the success of Saakshyam which is releasing on July 27th across the globe.

A jazzy number Soundarya Lahari is quite a rage already with its classical touches comprising of strings and electronic sequencing. Jithin and Aarathi do a commendable job with this smooth number and Ananth Sriram delivers another good poetic ensemble. The chord progression is quite pleasant and appealing to hear.
An inevitable wedding song Dungu Dungu is well supported by folksy vocals by Padmalatha,Mansi and Ananthu and penned by Ananth Sriram once again. The modern wedding atmosphere is greatly brought in terms ofmusic and lyrics with good mastery. The song has a playfulness associated with it and it is quite a good addition to the commercial album.
The title number Shivam Shivam is sung by legends Yesudas, SPB,Hariharan , Bombay Jayasree and Kailash Kher. Composed in the philosophical raaga Panthuvarali, the song is deep in meaning and high on quality. The Shiva Tatvam of revenge and the aggression is quite good be unleashed well. Ananth Sriram’s lyrics speak about the inevitability of death and the power of pure revenge.
The finale occurs with Cheliya Choode – a smooth duet sung by Harshavardhan Rameshwar and Madhu Priya. The song adds a melodious touch to the overall album with its own vigor. The interludes are sweet and relaxed sounding with neat strings and chord progression.

Saakshyam is an and out and out commercial album and the newcomer Harshavardhan Rameshwar makes a thumping debut as a music composer.
Despite not having a notable box office success, young hero Bellamkonda Suresh’s films are doing strong pre release business in all areas. The commercial failure of his previous film Jaya Janaki Nayaka has no impact on the pre release business of his upcoming film Saakshyam.
As per trade reports, the Nizam rights of Saakshyam were valued at 7 Crores and given to Dil Raju. The combined theatrical rights of Andhra region are likely to fetch around 14 Crores and Cedded rights are valued at 5 Crores. The satellite , digital and Hindi rights have recouped nearly 10 Crores for producer.
On the whole, nearly 40 Crores is at stake for Saakshyam. Srinivas’ Jaya Janaki Nayaka did 45 Crores pre release business, but failed to break even in a single area. So, the box office result of Saakshyam is going to be a deciding factor for Bellamkonda Srinivas’ career.

Saakshyam was supposed to hit the screens this month, but the release has been pushed due to editing issues. It is learnt that editor Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao is having a tough time in chopping off the lengthy fight sequences in the film.
He is furious with director Sriwaas as the total run time has exceeded four hours making it very difficult for him to edit out the unnecessary scenes. Each fight sequence Sriwaas shot is nearly thirty minutes. When the editor asked Sriwaas on why he shot such lengthy episodes, he blamed the action choreographer and suggested to take his help to edit them.
This is said to be one of the reasons why the film is getting delayed.
