Now the makers unveiled the theatrical trailer of Savyasachi today and it has been thoroughly impressive with racy action and thrilling narration.

    The trailer looks like the film has been laced with all the commercial ingredients in the right amounts. Chaitu’s performance and the background score are a treat.     Leading production house Mythri Movie Makers, which delivered a resounding success with Rangasthalam earlier this year, is currently bankrolling Ravi Teja’s Amar Akbar Anthony ( AAA)and Naga Chaitanya’s Savyasachi. While Savyasachi is on the verge of completion, AAA is half way through the shooting formalities.

    As there are numerous rumours about the release dates of these two films, the production house has officially released a press note today to clarify on them. It has announced that AAA will hit the screens on October 5th and Savyasachi has been pushed to November 2nd.

    Sreenu Vaitla is directing AAA and Chandoo Mondeti is calling shots for Savyasachi. Both these films are carrying good reports from inside sources.

    Despite the delay in release, Savyasachi is keeping trade circles interested as Mythri Movie Makers has a strong success track.

    As per our trade reports, the theatrical rights of Andhra region have been sold for 9.5 Crores to a noted distributor. This is a handsome price considering Chaitu’s market and his recent films box office performance.

    The Cedded rights of Savyasachi are likely to fetch around 2.7 – 3 Crores. The Karnataka rights have been bagged for more than one Crore. The film is made with a budget of approximately 30 Crores.

    Directed by Chandoo Mondeti, the film has Madhavan and Bhumika Chawla in prominent roles.

    The release date of Akkineni Naga Chaitanya’s Savyasachi has been hanging fire due to post production issues and the delay in some part of shoot. The final schedule which will last for nearly two weeks will kick off shortly. As Madhavan and Niddhi Aggerwal need to adjust their dates, the entire shooting part might be wrapped up in mid August.

    Earlier there were reports that the release dates of Savyasachi and Shailaja Reddy Alludu might clash as both production houses are planning to release them on August 31st.

    It is now reliably learnt that Chaitu has suggested Savyasachi makers not to rush with the final schedule to release the film in the last week of August. As he is fully confident of the output, he asked the makers to give necessary time for post production and go for a smooth release after August.

    So, Savyasachi is likely to release few weeks after Shailaja Reddy Alludu.

    As per our sources, the CG work of Savyasachi has been handed to a company started by a close friend of the technical team. After watching some rushes of the work, director Chandoo Mondeti is unhappy with the output and decided to give the responsibility to a renowned company.

    Currently, the graphic work of Savyasachi is happening in Makuta Studios, the animation team which worked for Baahubali franchise.
