Four OTT Releases this Weekend

This weekend marks Ugadi (Telugu New Year) and four recent films will be available for streaming on various digital platforms. Prabhas’ Radhe Shyam, Sharwanand’s Aadavallu Meeku Joharlu, Dulquer Salman’s Hey Sinamika and Raj Tarun’s Stand Up Rahul will be available this weekend. Hey Sinamika will be streaming on Netflix from March 31st and Prabhas’ Radhe Shyam will be streaming on Amazon Prime from April 1st.

Sharwanand’s Aadavallu Meeku Joharlu will be available on Sony LIV from April 2nd and Raj Tarun’s Stand Up Rahul streams on Aha from April 2nd. All these films were released in March and are declared as disasters. All these films are now available for streaming in less than a month from the theatrical release date.

Romantic comedy film “STAND UP RAHUL” Usa Premieres today!

The premiere of the latest Santo Mohan Veeranki’s film “STAND UP RAHUL”, which is produced by Nandkumar Abbineni and Bharath Maguluri under production house Dream house productions and High Five Pictures will take over the cinemas in USA on 17th March 2022.

Raj Tarun and Varsha Bollamma are played the main lead roles along with Murali Krishna, Vennela Kishore and many others in supporting roles. The music is composed by Sweekar Agasti.

The movie “STAND UP RAHUL” is a romantic comedy and feel good film that has a lot of humor which could easily steal hearts of many audience, youth and families. The song “Padhaa” which has such a melodious tune is already on repeat mode for many.

Makers and Overseas Distributor, Sarigama Cinemas were confident that this romantic comedy entertainer will be memorable and steal hearts of many audience.

Distributor planned this movie to screen around 120 locations, with nationwide coverage to widely reach the Telugu audience in United States.

Will Stand Up Rahul Capitalize On The Buzz?

Young hero Raj Tarun’s youthful rom-com Stand Up Rahul directed by Santo is all set for its theatrical release on 18th of this month. The film’s trailer has surely hiked interest on the movie where Varsha Bollamma played the leading lady opposite Raj Tarun.

The film is carrying good buzz, despite Raj Tarun’s flop streak. The actor won brownie points for his comic timing in the promotional content. The film received U/A censor certificate and its final duration is 2:14 hours which is perfect for a film of the genre.

Dream Town Productions and Highfive Pictures together have bankrolled the project. Pre-release event of the movie to be organized today will be attended by Varun Tej as a chief guest.

The big question is will Stand Up Rahul capitalize on the buzz and become a winner at box office.

Raj Tarun, Varsha Bollamma’s ‘Stand Up Rahul’ trailer out

Starring actors Raj Tarun, Varsha Bollamma, Murali Sharma, Indraja, and Vennela Kishore, the upcoming movie ‘Stand Up Rahul’, has grabbed attention.

The makers of this upcoming Telugu romantic comedy released the trailer, creating much anticipation.

As the trailer divulges the film’s storyline, hero Raj Tarun is established as a young man, who cannot put up with a regular job. The reason given for his inconsistent career path is his sarcasm.

Rahul (Raj Tarun), then decides to take up a job as a stand-up comedian, when his mother (role played by Indraja) is against the idea. Rahul’s father, a role played by Murali Sharma, on the other hand, encourages his son to take up the job, while his role is well-established as a new-age father.

The heroine in ‘Stand Up Rahul’ is established as a dreamer, who meets Rahul, and they start living-in, together. Vennela Kishore’s role seems to have acted in a lengthy role, after quite some time, and his scenes in the trailer amplify the hype.

The stand-up comic scenes imbibed in the trailer cut, seem to be interesting, while it is expected that the family audience will enjoy the movie.

Directed by Santo Mohan Veeranki, is being co-produced by Nandkumar Abbineni and Bharath Maguluri under the banners of Dream Town Productions and HighFive Pictures.

‘Stand Up Rahul’, is slated for its release on March 18.
