Fed up with the lack of response from the Central government, the Telangana state government in in the process of setting up a railway coach factory on its own.
There are several instances in the past where in the government requested the Railways Minister Suresh Prabhu to set up rail coach factory as per the provisions of Andhra Pradesh Reorganisaton Act 2014.
The Rail coach factor which will be in in the public-private partnership mode or completely private will improve rail connectivity in the state. The details in this regard on the launch and location of the factory will be announced soon by the Chief Minister himself.
Apart from improving connectivity the factor, it will not only bring revenue and but also will generate direct and indirect employment in huge numbers
