Minister for Labour Pithani Satyanarayana came under a novel attack from the YCP leaders. He was forced to dismiss reports on his joining the YCP as baseless and politically motivated. He accused the rival political leaders of indulging in a mind game only to damage his political and electoral prospects by creating confusion.

The Minister’s concern is that the opponents’ media is deliberately spreading rumours that he is contesting from Rajahmundry MP seat on YCP ticket while his son is getting that party ticket for Achanta assembly segment in West Godavari district.

Minister Satyanarayana had to come before the media to say that he was a man of character and that he had got good respect in the TDP under the mature and able leadership of CM Chandrababu Naidu. While he has already completed campaigning in 27 out of the 52 villages in his constituency, his opponents are spreading that he is meeting Jaganmohan Reddy in Lotus Pond office in Hyderabad. Following this, Satyanarayana rushed to the CM camp office at Undavalli near Amaravati to condemn rivals’ misinformation campaign.
