Superstar Rajinikanth will hit the screens with his next movie 2.0 this year during Diwali. Sensational director Shankar is directing this big budget entertainer which will have a huge dose of visual effects throughout. The movie is said to be a sequel for Robo and Rajinikanth will be seen essaying three different roles. The movie is currently in its last schedule and a high octane action episode will be canned in Chennai which will last for 12 days. The movie’s female lead Amy Jackson and the lead antagonist Akshay Kumar too will be a part of this action episode.
As per the latest news, the complete action sequence will be shot in aerial view and is the major highlight of the film. Top class action choreographers from Los Angeles and Berlin have been roped in to compose the action episodes. The entire shoot of 2.0 will be wrapped up by the end of this month confirmed the makers. AR Rahman is the music composer and the first teaser of the film will be out during Tamil New Year in April. Bankrolled by Lyca Productions, 2.0 is being made on a massive budget of Rs 450 crores and it will release in multiple languages and in 3D during Diwali 2017.
