Prashanth Neel is directing Salaar which has Prabhas in the lead role. The movie is an out-and-out action drama made on a lavish scale. As per the new update, the makers of Salaar provided a budget hike for Prashanth Neel. There would be more action stunts added to the film now and this would mount the film’s budget.
Prashanth Neel who takes a free hand on the budget will now spend lavishly on the action stunts. Prabhas too needs a strong comeback after he tasted two debacles: Saaho and Radhe Shyam. Salaar would be a crucial film for Prabhas and the audience too are keen to watch him in an out-and-out action entertainer. Salaar will hit the screens next year and the shoot resumes in the first week of May. Shruti Haasan is the leading lady and Hombale Films are the producers.
