TRS boss KCR is targetting to empty the Congress party with his Operation Aakarsh ahead of Lok Sabha polls. Senior Congress leader Sabita Indra Reddy is being convinced to join the TRS now. The former minister is being asked to contest from Chevella Lok Sabha constituency in the 2019 elections. On behalf of KCR, MIM boss Asaduddin Owaisi is talking to Sabita Indra Reddy who is actively considering the proposal.
The TRS boss has speeded up his Operation Aakarsh as the election schedule is expected in the next few days. KCR and KTR have even targetted the only two TDP MLAs from Khammam district. Already, Sandra Venkata Veeraiah has expressed his decision to join the TRS soon.
KCR is going to the people with the slogan for winning all the 16 Lok Sabha segments in Telangana, excepting Hyderabad which is MIM’s stronghold. The TRS boss wants to give his party tickets to strong candidates to ensure clean winning chances. His plan is to field either Sabita or her son Karthik Reddy in Chevella. Already, the mother and son have held one round of discussions with TRS working president KTR.
