The success meet of Sekhar Kammula’s latest outing Kuberaa was held this Sunday evening in Hyderabad with Megastar Chiranjeevi attending the event as the chief guest. The core team of Kuberaa graced the occasion to celebrate the ongoing box office success and shared their experience with the media and the public.

Akkineni Nagarjuna, who played the role of a CBI officer in this film and received plaudits for his superlative performance, stated that the entire film industry loves Chiranjeevi for his constant and immense support to all films and artists across languages. Nag once again reiterated that Kuberaa is purely Sekhar Kammula’s film and praised him for delivering a thriller with a humanitarian touch which is a very rare and complex job.

Nag clarified on his recent comments which stirred controversy and once again strongly asserted that this is film belongs to Sekhar Kammula and there is no change in his stance. He thanked the director for giving such a wonderful character. He lavished praises on the technical team for delivering their best output.

Nagarjuna said he was out of words to describe Dhanush’s singular performance as a beggar. He acknowledged that Dhanush already won four national awards and there was nothing else to describe his acting mettle as anything would be less.

Talking about Rashmika, Nag likened her to yesteryear actress Sridevi in Kshanak Kshanam film. He extolled her performance and said he remembered Sridevi while watching her in many frames. Rashmika was visibly overwhelmed with Nagarjuna’s remarks and was agape with the comparison. He added that Rashmika is not just a national crush but his own crush.
