Ram Gopal Varma is all set to test his luck with Lakshmi’s NTR which is based on the controversial part of NTR’s life and is narrated from Lakshmi Parvathi’s view. The film has been announced for March 22nd release and it is yet to complete the censor scrutiny. With election code coming into effect, the censor board denied watching Lakshmi’s NTR.
The film will not release anytime now before the completion of Assembly and Parliament polls. This turned out to be a huge jolt for Ram Gopal Varma and his team who announced that they would release the film at any cost on March 22nd. The biggest challenge would be if the audience shows interest to watch the film post polls. Ram Gopal Varma even announced that he would release the film across YouTube if denied a theatrical release. We have to wait to see what happens next.
