It is a general practice in Telugu film industry to screen special shows of new movies to the family members of hero, director, producer and other key technicians and actors.
As NTR’s ‘Jai Lava Kusa’ is gearing up for release on Sep 21, this Thursday, a special show was held for his family members on Monday by formally cutting 9 tickets. It is known that the 9 sentiment is being followed by the JLK team in all matters related to the film. As per insiders, NTR’s family members were extremely pleased with the film and the actor’s performance. NTR and Kalyan Ram were already having huge confidence on the film and the appreciation from family members made them jubilant.
These special screenings are usually held one or two days prior to the film’s release but in the case of JLK, it was held three days ahead in order to avoid Tuesday which is considered an unlucky day.
Jai Lava Kusa is going to have the biggest release in NTR’s career. Trade experts predict the film to take non-Baahubali record opening on 21st and create mayhem at box office over the first weekend thanks to Dasara holidays and immense hype. The rest will depend on the talk.
