Superstar Rajinikanth is busy promoting for his next movie Kaala which will release next week. He even wrapped up the shoot of 2.0 which may release during the end of this year. In this gap, he signed his next for Karthik Subbaraj and the film is in final stages of pre-production. As per the latest update, the regular shoot of this untitled movie will commence from June 7th in Dehradun.
Simran, Vijay Sethupathi and Bobby Simha will be seen essaying other pivotal roles in this film and Karthik Subbaraj is conducting a look test for Rajinikanth currently. Anirudh will compose the tunes and the director confirmed recently that the film has nothing to do with politics. Sun Pictures will produce the film and the makers are keen on releasing the film on Rajinikanth’s birthday this year.
