Not fake news – Akhil’s next with RGV

Ram Gopal Varma to direct Akhil

There have been speculations making rounds that Akhil Akkineni has been extremely impressed with a script narrated by Ram Gopal Varma’s associate but the young actor wanted RGV himself to direct the film. Now making things official, RGV took twitter to announce about the project. RGV revealed that life came as a full circle and he reminded about his debut film Shiva which features Nagarjuna in the lead role. Now Nagarjuna is all set to produce Akhil’s next that will be helmed by Ram Gopal Varma.

However the details about the project are yet to be revealed. Ram Gopal Varma revealed that Akhil has a better voice, style and demeanour when compared to Nag during the days of Shiva. Akhil Akkineni announced his third film recently with Venky Atluri which will release during the end of this year. RGV will have to wait for over half a year for Akhil to start shooting for his next.

RGV recently wrapped up the shoot of Officer starring Nag in the lead role and the film has been slated for May 25th release. RGV’s Company bankrolled this project.

Venky Atluri who made an impressive debut with Varun Tej’s Tholi Prema nabbed the opportunity to direct Akhil. The romantic entertainer is currently in pre-production and it will roll from May this year.

Akhil took twitter to introduce his new buddies Venky Atluri and SS Thaman who are working together for this project. SS Thaman’s music for Tholi Prema has been widely appreciated and Akhil asked Venky to lock Thaman for this prestigious project. The other actors will be finalized after the script of the film gets locked. BVSN Prasad will produce this romantic entertainer. The makers are in plans to release this film by the end of this year.

Venky made a remarkable debut with Varun Tej’s Tholi Prema recently and the way he handled the film has been appreciated all over. The talks are on currently and an official announcement will be out soon. Akkkineni’s handsome young lad Akhil Akkineni is back after two complete years with Hello. Directed by Vikram Kumar, the film has been receiving decent response from the audience all over. Akhil will be promoting the film for a week after which he will take a break for New Year. The actor will start listening to scripts and he is yet to sign his next film. Names like Boyapati Srinu and Koratala Siva have been speculated for Akhil’s next but the top directors are too busy to direct the youngster currently.

King Nagarjuna is keen on roping in a top director for Akhil’s next and he is even ready to allot huge budget for the film. Talented director Sukumar has already been in talks for his next and he penned an interesting script for Akhil. However he would narrate the final draft once he wraps up his work for Ram Charan’s Rangasthalam 1985. Nag is not in a hurry and will wait for the right script to reach Akhil.

It is evident from the posters of Akhil Akkineni’s ‘Hello’ that the film will have very stylized and technically brilliant action sequences. We are bringing you the exclusive details of the technologically advanced equipment that is being used to capture the action sequences in ‘Hello’.

Hollywood action choreographer Bob Brown, who has previously worked for “Fast and Furious” series, is on board to design action sequences of ‘Hello’. Designing high octane stunts won’t help unless they are captured using advanced camera. Hence, makers of ‘Hello’ are using a Scorpio Stabilized Arm to shoot those chase and action sequences.

Mr. Nitin Rao, a renowned Mumbai based Cinematographer specialized in moving camera support systems and robotics, has been roped in specifically to handle the Scorpio Stabilized Arm, which facilitates in canning action and chase sequences more effectively. This phenomenal piece of equipment is usually used by Nitin Rao to shoot fancy car commercials and this is the first time this technology is being used in a Telugu Film.

For the unknown, Mr. Nitin Rao ( Get a Grip ) is a Telugu technician, the son of veteran DOP Kamalakar Rao. He is a celebrated technician based out of Mumbai. Nitin Rao’s filmography include Jagga Jasoos, Mubarakan, Judwaa 2, Jai Lava Kusa, Mersal etc.

Nagarjuna Akkineni, who is bankrolling ‘Hello’ on Annapurna studios banner, is leaving no stone unturned for his son’s second film. In addition to assembling the stellar cast and crew, he is splurging money on the production values to give the film a Hollywoodish look. The equipment is used in Annapurna studios in Hyderabad while filming the action sequences of ‘Hello’.

Boyapati locks script for Akkineni youngster
