I-PAC enrolling bogus votes under Jagan directions, says Rama Naidu

0

Senior TDP leader and MLA, Nimmala Rama Naidu, said here on Wednesday that bogus votes are being enrolled by the I-PAC only under the directions from Chief Minister, Jagan Mohan Reddy.

Rama Naidu told media persons that the ruling YSRCP leaders are resorting to unwanted criticism against the TDP as they could not digest the tremendous response to the Bhavishaythuku Guarantee scheme announced by former chief minister and TDP supremo, Nara Chandrababu Naidu. The I-PAC has hatched the conspiracy of enrolment of bogus votes only under Jagan’s directions, he added.

Rama Naidua asked as to why the YSRCP leaders are feeling insecure when the announcement has been made that the coming government to be formed by the TDP-Jana Sena combine will implement the welfare schemes for all sections of society. Jagan and the advisor to Government, Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy, have been uttering all falsehoods as they are unable to digest the massive response to the ‘Babu Surety Bhavishaythuku Guarantee’ programme.

The TDP MLA felt that the personal details of the people are being collected by the volunteers through the Field Operating Agency which is being forwarded to Ram Infotech. A whopping Rs 270 cr is being spent for this purpose, he said and added that it is the YSRCP that is illegally collecting the personal details of the people but is shamelessly passing the blame onto the TDP.

He asked as to why Jagan and Sajjala are feeling insecure when the TDP is explaining to the people how the Bhavishaythuku Guarantee scheme, to be implemented as soon as the TDP-Jana Sena government is formed, will be beneficial to them. Pointing out that though Jagan has promised to pay Rs 13,500 to each farmer every year under the Rythu Bharosa scheme, he said that the ground reality is that only Rs 7,500 is being given to them per annum.

Rama Naidu said that the Jagan Mohan Reddy Government has raised Rs 35,000 cr loan by mortgaging the revenue to be generated through liquor income. Jagan who could not fulfil the promises made to the people has no right to talk about the Bhavishaythuku Guarantee scheme, he felt.

The TDP MLA said that only 15 percent of the YSRCP manifesto has been implemented and the people are eagerly waiting to send Jagan home. What happened to the special category status to the State, job calendar and allocation of Rs 2 cr per annum for the Kapu corporation, Rama Naiidu asked.

Jagan mastered in blame game, says Nimmala Rama Naidu

1

Telugu Desam Party (TDP) politburo member, Nimmala Rama Naidu, on Monday felt that Chief Minister, Jagan Mohan Reddy, has mastered the blame game, particularly in murder politics.

Rama Naidu told media persons that Jagan Mohan Reddy blamed TDP president, Nara Chandrababu Naidu, for the Tuni train incident and again blamed Chandrababu Naidu for his uncle’s murder. Those who are responsible for the stampede in Guntur resulting in the death of three persons are again passing the buck on Chandrababu, he said.

A Non-Resident Indian (NRI) came forward to help the poor and wanted to distribute the kits through the hands of Chandrababu and the incident took place after he left the venue, he said. Jagan should take the responsibility for the incident, Rama Naidu said. It is the responsibility of the Chief Minister to provide proper security to Chandrababu as a heavy crowd is gathering for his meetings even late in the night, he felt.

Stating that several people died in a number of incidents when Jagan undertook pada yatra as Opposition leader or even after he came to power, Nimmala Rama Naidu said that the Katchuluru boat incident took place only because of the failure of the State government. “A total of 59 persons died in the boat accident,” he pointed out.

The gas leakage in LG Polymers which claimed nine lives and 27 persons succumbed after consuming adulterated liquor at Jangareddygudem all because of the inefficiency of Jagan Mohan Reddy, he stated.

As oxygen was not supplied on time at Ruia Hospital in Tirupati 29 patients died, he said. In several such incidents hundreds of people died in the past four years, Nimmala Rama Naidu felt.

Maintaining that both Kandukur and Guntur incidents took place as enough security was not provided, Rama Naidu said and advised Jagan at least to stop playing such cheap politics from now onwards.

Jagan is keen on creating regional differences, says TDP

1

Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy has a vengeful attitude towards the farmers of Amaravati and thus he is enacting a drama in the name of three capitals, said TDP politburo member, Nimamla Ramanaidu, on Wednesday.

The TDP politburo member told media persons at the state party headquarters here that the Cabinet Ministers from the North Andhra region are keeping silent though the Chief Minister is creating hatred among the people and raising regional imbalances. The unfortunate developments in the State are reflecting the performance of Jagan, he said.

He further added that while Chandrababu Naidu during his tenure as the chief minister had developed Visakhapatnam as economic capital, Jagan turned it into crime capital. The High Court had already made it clear that the State Assembly has no right to change the capital decided under the provisions of the State Reorganisation Act, he pointed out.

Was Kottu Satyanarayana given the Deputy Chief Minister post only to harass the farmers of Amaravati, Ramanaidu asked. The Minister, who could not clear the Rs 700 cr dues to the farmers for purchasing farm products, is insulting the farmers, he added.

Recalling that Chandrababu Naidu, during his regime, had given top priority for development of the State and decentralisation. Irrigation and drinking water were on the top of his agenda, the TDP politburo member said and stated that a whooping Rs 60,000 cr was spent for the construction of projects.

Ramanaidu is of the opinion that it is Jagan who should be questioned on development of the State but nor the Amaravati farmers. What happened to the Vamsadhara-Nagavali project works and the Ministers from the North Andhra region like Botsa Satyanarayana and Dharmana Prasada Rao should demand a reply from the Chief Minister, Rama Naidu asked.

CM moves privilege motion against TDP MLA

0

On the fourth day of the Assembly session, the confrontation between the YCP and the TDP members escalated further. It went to such an extent that Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy himself moved a privilege motion against TDP MLA Nimmala Rama Naidu on the floor of the House.

No sooner the CM moved the motion than the Assembly Speaker referred it to the House Privileges Committee for taking further action. What more, the ruling party MLAs tried to storm into the Opposition benches to attack Nimmala Rama Naidu. However, the other TDP members formed a human chain to protect Rama Naidu. Atchannaidu, Chinarajappa, V. Ramakrishna and other members went to the rescue of their colleague.

The conflict was caused by the TDP MLA’s serious comments made against the ruling YCP on the issue of pensions. Strongly objecting to Rama Naidu’s comments, CM Jagan Reddy himself tried to hit back. However, Rama Naidu continued his criticism on the floor of the House objecting to what he described as the archaic regime of YCP.

Eventually, the Chief Minister lost his patience and announced that since Rama Naidu was misleading the House with his lies, he had no right to speak in the Assembly any more. As such, the CM moved the privilege motion against the TDP member.

CM Jagan blackmailing all BC castes’ leaders, says TDP

1

Telugu Desam Party MLA Nimmala Ramanaidu has alleged that the backward classes leaders belonging to Velama, Yadava, Fishermen, Koppula Velama and other castes came under severe attack under the Jagan Reddy oppressive regime. All the 139 BC castes were now unsafe and insecure because of the unchecked suppression of their leadership at every level. If any of these castes do not surrender to the YCP, they were being put to severe harassment and punishments.

The TDP leader said the BC leaders, who have not a single case against them prior to 2019, were now being harassed with false cases and arrests. Atchannaidu, a Velama by caste, was facing a witch-hunt from Jagan regime just because he was not surrendering to the ruling party. Kollu Ravindra, a Fisherman by caste, served as a former Minister having no case against him. But he was being harassed with false charges in a murder case.

Mr. Ramanaidu described Yanamala Ramakrishnudu as a prominent Yadava leader who served the state in different capacities and for a long time as the Finance Minister. Such a senior leader was now implicated in an SC, ST atrocities case just for attending and blessing a couple at their marriage function. Ayyanna Pathrudu, a Koppula Velama by caste, was known for his spotless political career for over 40 years. He was implicated in an unlikely Nirbhaya case.

Stating that Jagan Reddy’s blackmail politics were endless, Mr. Ramanaidu said that former minister Pithani Satyanarayana, a Setti Balija by caste, was being targetted now just because he was no succumbing to the YCP political pressures. Pithani was a senior leader with a good track record coming from YSR and Rosaiah period itself. Now, Jagan regime was harassing Pithani in order to separate him from TDP so as to reduce the Opposition party’s influence among the Setti Balija community. Even now, 80 per cent of this community were supporting the TDP which was major reason for YCP’s latest offensives against Pithani.

The TDP legislator flayed the YCP for ‘pursuing bankrupt politics’ going by how the ruling party was attacking businesses of TDP leaders so as to blackmail and lure them. One TDP MLA was punished with cancellation of industrial incentives but immediately after joining the YCP, the MLA was given Rs. 8 Cr funds under the incentives programme.
