A bunch of making videos of Saaho have already been out and they generated enough buzz. On the eve of Eid, the makers are in plans to release a special teaser of Saaho and the teaser will be attached in all the screens across the country. The teaser will release in North India along with Salman Khan’s Bharat which is releasing this Eid. This would be a huge boost for the film. A big announcement about this is expected.

Saaho completed the principle shoot and the songs are yet to be canned. The post-production work of the film is happening at a fast pace. Sujeeth is the director and Saaho is made on a budget of Rs 200 crores. Shraddha Kapoor is the female lead and UV Creations are the producers. Saaho releases on August 15th across the globe.

Young Rebelstar Prabhas is all set to test his luck with Saaho, a high voltage action entertainer that is announced for August 15th release. With months ahead of the release, the music composers trio Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy walked out of the project. Without making any time waste, the makers are in hunt for the right composer who can do justice for the big budget project. As per the update, Bollywood talented music composer Pritam is currently in talks for Saaho.

An official announcement would be made once he is on board. Pritam needs to compose songs and the background score for Saaho in just a span of two months. There are speculations that SS Thaman was initially approached but he is already left with his hands full. The entire shoot of Saaho except the songs are completed. Shraddha Kapoor is the female lead and UV Creations are the producers.

Saaho is one of the costliest films made in Telugu cinema. With Prabhas playing the lead role, the film is gearing up for a wide release in all the Indian languages. The real news is that Sujeeth wasn’t convinced with the work of the music composers despite of several attempts. Sujeeth flew to Mumbai frequently but could not get a bunch of tunes that would suit the film. Three songs have been recorded till date and the other tunes are yet to be finalized.

The makers are yet to shoot the songs of the film and they are currently in hunt for the replacement for Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy. It is still unclear if the tunes of the trio will be used or new songs would be composed. The team of Saaho is in plans to shoot the songs in June. Several media houses reported that Young Rebelstar Prabhas would dub for his role for the Hindi version of Saaho. Though the film has been shot different in Telugu, Tamil and Hindi, it is Prabhas who will take the final call about dubbing for his role in Hindi. The film’s director Sujeeth along with the makers left the decision for Prabhas. The actor is not much fluent in Hindi and he needs to turn an exceptional speaker before dubbing for his role.

With Prabhas occupied with work, it is not sure if Prabhas lends his voice for the Hindi version of Saaho. The makers are ready with a dubbing artist if the actor doesn’t turn out for Hindi dubbing. The entire shoot of Saaho will be wrapped up this month and will head for August 15th release. The latest grapevine in media circles is that Prabhas is likely to dub his own voice for the Hindi version of Saaho. Sources revealed that Prabhas is seriously taking Hindi classes from his Saaho co-star Shraddha Kapoor whenever they are getting shoot breaks. Post Baahubali, Prabhas formed a strong fan base in Hindi audience. So, dubbing his own voice might give more authentic appeal to his character. As of now, there is no confirmation whether he will dub or not. It will be revealed only after they test his voice in dubbing phase.

Saaho is nearing completion and the post production activities are currently happening at a brisk pace. Sujeeth is directing this actioner which has UV Creations as the production house. The film is slated for Independence day release.

However, close sources to the team have denied these reports and clarified that the shooting is happening absolutely fine and they are planning to wrap up the pending portions by mid June. Also, the team has asserted that the big budget entertainer will hit the marquee on August 15th without any delay.

Actress Shraddha Kapoor is shooting for the next schedule of her upcoming film “Saaho” in Karjat in Maharashtra.

Shraddha took to her Instagram stories on Wednesday and posted a boomerang video of her travelling.

She captioned it: “Karjat time! ‘Saaho’.”

“Saaho” also stars “Baahubali” actor Prabhas. “Saaho” is set to hit the screens on Independence Day on August 15 next year.

The film is being shot in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu simultaneously. It promises to provide a pan-India appeal.

Apart from Shraddha and Prabhas,”Saaho” also has an ensemble cast of Jackie Shroff, Neil Nitin Mukesh, Mandira Bedi, Chunky Pandey, Mahesh Manjrekar, Arun Vijay and Murali Sharma, amongst others.

It has music by Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy and lyrics by Amitabh Bhattacharya. Director of photography Madhie has lent his creativity to the film, with veteran Sreekar Prasad as the editor and Sabu Cyril as the production designer.

A UV Creations production, the film will be presented by T-Series and its Hindi distribution is being taken care of by AA Films.

In the making for nearly two years, Prabhas’ long awaited tentpole film Saaho is going to end the marathon shoot very soon.
