TV9 Ravi Prakash released a video explaining the 3 cases filed against him. Ravi Prakash said that there are totally 3 false cases filed against him and made him look like a terrorist by placing restrictions in airport and shipyard to block his travel. This is all the doing of MyHome Rameshwar Rao and the media outlets are helping him without knowing the facts behind it.
Ravi Prakash said “the first case is about the private agreement between him and Shivaji. whats quite humorous is that some relative of Rameshwar Rao will complain against the agreement and police will file an FIR on it. The agreement papers are in NCLT court and how the police can convert the papers into an FIR without the permission f court.”
“The second case is even more ridiculous as it states that when he is working as the CEO of TV9, he forged the signature of a part-time employee Devender Agarwal and uploaded the employee’s resignation letter. The fact behind it is Rameshwar Rao’s people kidnapped this Devender Agarwal and forced him to upload the list of directors’ names on the website. It did not happen because Devender already resigned his job. Rameshwar Rao has tried to use our employee to upload false documents by including directors’ names on the matter which is already on stay in the court. This case is even more laughable because Rameshwar Rao committed the actual crime by committing to kidnap but he filed a criminal case against me for forgery”, said Ravi Prakash.
“The third false case against me is that I stole the TV9 logo. I’m the creator and owner of TV9 logo. They have to pay me the royalty for the logo. They are claiming that I, the creator of the TV9 logo is stealing the logo. They should have enquired who the owner of the TV9 logo before buying the organization”, added Ravi Prakash.
