She is recently appointed as TDP official spokesperson and her sharp comments got her instant fame as well as severe trolls. Within couple of weeks, lots of memes and trolls created on her. Who is she? What’s her background?
She got into the post that was supposed to be given to Vani Vishwanath?
Name of Vani Vishwanath, yesteryear actress, suddenly popped up on political screen couple of months back. ((https://www.telugu360.com/te/vani-viswanath-joined-in-tdp/) ) She was considered for TDP spokesperson role and TDP thought she would be a befitting reply for firebrand Roja. There were also rumors on Vani contesting against Roja. But nothing materialized and Vani Vishwanath not seen in any news or news channels later. Now recently Yamini Sadineni appointed to handle the similar role.
2008: At age of 22, she was part of international expedition of ham operators’ team
In 2008, Sadineni Yamini became the youngest and sole woman of a 15-member international expedition of ham operators to the picturesque Isla del Coco (Cocos Island), off Costa Rica.
She was the first Indian to participate in a ‘dxpedition’ of radio amateurs outside India. (A DX-pedition is an expedition to what is considered an exotic place by amateur radio operators). By 2008, she was 22 years old and was married and has a three-year-old daughter.
She also claims that her name got placed in LIMCA BOOK OF RECORD being the First Indian and Asian Woman to experiment and promote a wireless communication Mode to send and receive E-mails without Internet Connection.

Yamini founded Shreeyam group, that has expertise in end-to-end system integration in the area of Information Technology Infrastructure, Solar Energy, Support Services, Pharmaceutical Raw material manufacturing, Chemical Trading and Social Empowerment – as per the website of that company. Company’s website also says, their global clientele includes several Fortune 500 companies, and other companies such as SembCorp, Police Department, Accenture, Vizag Steel, Global Info Vision, Mylan Laboratories. National media carried a news on this company in 2016 – and reported that this company got Rs 6 crore turnover in a span of just 8 months and the story praised her entrepreneur skills. By that time, the company had less than 30 employees.
Chandrababu Naidu’s focus on real-time governance helped her business
Chandrababu Naidu’s focus on real-time governance, which means linking of every development project with the information technology, seems to have helped her business as Yamini did not waste time to seize the opportunity and bag new works. She bagged a major power plant in state in IT Infrastructure project to lay fiber and UTP cable of over 75000 meters. Shreeyam had also got prestigious project of setting up command control centre (CCC) in Nellore city.
She also have another company called Sri Yamini Pharmaceuticals.

She served as the Council Member for Andhra Pradesh Skill Development and member of Industrial Development Forum of AP. She also served as the President for South Indian Non-Governmental Charities Trust.
On to political screen and instant popularity by targeting Pawan Kalyan
With such impressive track record as entrepreneur, she could have continued her career as CEO and managing director but she seems to have preferred to join active politics (Disclaimer: Her track record and credentials have been mentioned here as per the details furnished in her company’s official website and her official linkedin pages). She recently appointed as TDP’s spokesperson. She became popular in social media very quickly.
However, it seems her track record as CEO/ MD/ Entrepreneur and her political comments do not match as she also followed the path of other spokespersons in various parties, who think lambasting political opponents with rudest language is the right thing to do in politics. Immediately after joining politics, she targeted Pawan Kalyan and made some silly comments like – Pawan Kalyan is pavala (25 paise) while Lokesh is worth of Rs 2000/-, Pawan Kalyan knows only one thing i.e. crushing Jasmines (malle poolu nalapadam). The video in which she made these comments immediately went viral.
How is performance as TDP spokesperson till now?
However, her comments might have impressed her political bosses and hardcore fans of TDP but not common people. To be a spokesperson is a tricky job and many people misunderstand the role of this job. The role of this job is to convince people about party strategies and expose weaknesses of opponents. And, aggressive comments and rude criticism seldom convince anyone. Also, she needs to do lot of homework yet. She told in a press meet that Pawan Kalyan did not spend time in Srikakulam and immediately whereas Pawan was still in Srikakulam and released some more videos from there. Also she commented, Pawan is doing dynasty politics whereas Pawan actually differed with his brother in politics. She is yet to understand politics and the issues people are facing. If one sees her videos in which she lambasted Pawan, there are more than 95% negative comments. Her aggressive posture seems to have worked against her.
Overall:
It is too early to either judge her performance or to predict her political future. But she has impressive credentials before joining politics, and that may work positive for her. At the same time, her companies rose during TDP regime and that may give political opponents a chance to criticize her. She needs to focus on understanding the issues as well as presenting her arguments. But as of now, her comments helped her gain some popularity but her content is mostly criticized. We will have to wait and see how her political future will be.

She is not having stuff. She wanted to mesmarize people with her beauty but common man is interested to know how the policies would benefit them, rather than passing cheap comments on Pawan ,KCR, Modi and Jagan. In her words , a lay man can understand that she wanted to favour her communities. I don’t think CBN will fall prey to her tricks. He knows by now where to keep her.
