క్రీంధ్రం చేస్తున్నది చాలా మంచి పని . విద్యుత్ సంస్థలు వేల కోట్లు పెట్టి కరెంటు కొంటుంటే ఉచిత విద్యుత్ ను theraga వాడు కొని బకాయిలు డిస్కోమ్ లకు ఎగదొబ్బుతున్నాయి ప్రభుత్వాలై. అసలు ఉచితం ఇచ్చే విధానం ఇదే. గడిచిన ప్రభుత్వాలు పెట్టిన బకాయిలు 14 వేల కోట్లు ఎవడబ్బ సొమ్ము. ఈ ఆర్టికల్ ఎవరు రాసారో గాని నిజంగా సబ్జెక్టు లేదు. ఈ మోడల్ వాళ్ళ డిస్కోమ్ లు ఆర్ధిక చింత లేకుండా మంచి గా పవర్ ఇవ్వండి గేలుస్తాయి. ఇక రైతులకు అంటారా అది రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం బాధ్యత నిజంగా రూతు కి ఇబ్బంది పెడితే అప్పుడు చూడాలి కానీ jeethaalake ఇబ్బంది పడే ప్రభుత్వం అత్త మొత్తం ఇవ్వడం చాలా కష్టమే. ఇన్నాళ్లు ఈగ dhobba టానికి ఛాన్స్ ఉండేది ఇప్పుడు కష్టం. ఇన్ని వేల కోట్ల అప్పుతో ఇన్ని సంక్షేమ పథకాలతో ముందు ముందు బాగా బాదుడు కి సిద్ధం kavalsundhe ఎలాగూ జంబాబ్వే వెనిజులా ఆఫ్ గాన్ గ్రీక్ ఉన్నాయి తోడుగా. అయినా ఇన్ని ఫ్రీ పథకాలకు ఆశ పడిన అంధులకు తగిన శాస్తి జరగాలి అప్పుల మీద వద్దే కట్టడానికి కూడా అప్పు టీజెచ్చె రోజు ఎంతో దూరం లేదు
I wrote a letter to planning commission and PM, Dr. Manmohan singh: Around 30% of the subsidy under chemical fertilizers and under PDS [kerocene & gas] going in to black market. To avoid this, subsidy must go directly to beneficiaries instead of industry or retail outlets. On this the processed this by ministry of chemicals and fertilizers. To undertake this they appointed a committee of IT group, who prepared Aadhaar number. In 2011 budget the then FM presented this. MPs from AP presented a memo to PM asking to give the subsdy directly to retailers and not to beneficiries. I again wrote to PM and requested him not to accept that. I received a letter from ministry of chemicals and fertilizers, saying that they are not changing and as yuo proposed we are directly transferring to beneficiaries only. Last year PM Narendra Modi said at a press meet that the government saved by around Rs. 50,000 crores by direct transfer. However, they are supposed to implement in phased manner, not implemented.
In the case of free power, BJP was against it even from the previous stint. Also they reduced the fertilizer quantity and rise in msp — you can see this by ploting the msp by year. From the starting of the current BJP is looking at privatizing all sectors to benefit few business houses. Power is is also in that line. If all motors are metered, it is easy to privatize this sector and play game with farmers.
To counter this, government [telugu states] to cover those areas with canal water. This will over ride the centre’s plan.
