There is vast difference in AP and TS. AP is under the control of TDP while TS has no such TDP [recently BJP has come up but they have no control in judiciary in TS]. AP & SC judiciary is in the hands of TDP. Take the recent judgement on Panchyat polls — High Court supported TDP sponsored programme. The same is the case in SC. Eenadu published the judge versus Advocates question and answer. The way the judge posed questions appears to be like TDP leader. When Goa SEC post-poned the panchayat elections to after April because of covid. Why he did not take this as a case and supported the AP government argument? The basic problem with the judiciary is the judges are recruited and posted by judges and not by government. Yuo can analyse the AP High Court judgments, you find more than 90% judgments are against the government. Even on the Amaravati real estate — inside trading is not a criminal activity. Then what is the criminal activity? In the case of Shamshabad Airport, people close to the seat of power got GPAs inside the 5500 acres [1500 acres of government land, even for this paid around Rs. 40 crores]. Government paid the GPA holders. The airport was shifted to 2200 acres in to Himayatsagar Catchment area [comes under GO111] and people close to the seat of power minted money by this and even the High Court dumped the GO111 which was supported by Supreme Court Judgment in December 2000 and all polluting industries were closed within the Go111 area.

But SC did not oppose in Kerala, Gujarath elections. And Kerala conducted local body elections also. SC judges will not consider only one case. They will consider all scenarios and gives verdict. You are saying 90% cses against the AP government can ask you few questions?

2. Basic education in otherr languages is as per constitution or not?
3. Once the election process is started EC is final as per constituotion or not?
