According to the information from close sources, happening beauty Rakul Preet has been confirmed to play Nithiin’s love interest in an untitled film which will be directed by debutante Venu Mallidi. The project will go on floors very soon and it is believed that Nithiin, who had already signed Trivikram’s project, will simultaneously shoot for both these films.
Sources reveal that Rakul Preet was offered a hefty price as remuneration for the film and also she has been paid some advance to sign on the dotted line. Rakul was to share screen space with Nithiin last year, but the combo didn’t materialize due to some unknown reasons. Touted to be a rom-com, the movie will be produced by Nithiin’s home banner Shresth Movies.
In the meantime, Nithiin’s film with Trivikram is likely to go on floors in the last week of this month. Samantha has already been roped in as the female lead for this film. So, Nithiin will be romancing the most happening beauties of South Indian film industry.
