After a mammoth week, all Sankranti releases have slowed down a bit yesterday in Telugu States. Khaidi No. 150 is the winner by a mile and it has reported record collections in most of the areas. Megastar Chiranjeevi picked up from where he left few years back and audience are also rejoiced to see Telugu’s biggest star on Silverscreen.
However, the performance of Satamanam Bhavathi has certainly been the talk to the trade. Gautami Putra Satakarni, which opened to decent talk is fizzling out. As per the projections, the movie is just poised to breakeven. From last few days, Sharwanand’s Satamanam Bavathi has started collecting better than balakrishna’s gautamiputra Satakarni in Telugu States. The film has collected a distributor share of 1.4 Cr yesterday while Gautamiputra Satakarni has collected 75 lakhs. Khaidi No 150 continues to dominate as it collected a distributor share of 2.09 Cr.
