AP Secretariat new buildings atop Kapuluppada hills?

0

The YCP government is actively considering relocation of AP Secretariat to the Kapuluppada hilly coast near Visakhapatnam. The top officials are drawing plans for developing Secretariat complex in 1,350 acres readily available land on these hills. Actually, the Kapuluppada hills were allotted for the Adani Data Centre. However, the government has cancelled this allotment for Adani. Since these lands are immediately available, the government is planning to approve this place quickly so as to develop Secretariat complex early.

As per reports, CM Jaganmohan Reddy has withdrawn his decision to move Secretariat into the Millennium Towers complex located nearer to Visakhapatnam. This is because of serious differences and opposition expressed by the IT companies and corporate industry. Jagan is considering it safe to develop new buildings in Kapuluppada hills as they are nearer to the city and Millennium Towers.

The government is also considering to level some other hillocks nearer Kapuluppada hills and make them available for constructing office buildings for different departments. Speculation is high that Jagan Reddy will speed up Capital shifting works very soon. Already, CM has fallen far behind schedule on his actual plan to move to Vizag Executive Capital four to five weeks ago.

Conspiracy behind Mangalagiri Secretariat?

1

It looks funny but it is happening. Ruling YCP leaders are saying AP Secretariat will be shifted to Mangalagiri. Can anybody call this shifting at all? Mangalagiri is just 8 kilometres away from present Secretariat location at Velagapudi village. Still the government is not officially making a step forward. Amid this, the TDP is bringing back its demand for reviving the multi-crore Amaravati Capital City works.

Analysts say that the YCP stand is enough to say that there is a deep-rooted, caste-based conspiracy behind this smart move of Jagan Regime. With this decision, obviously two birds can be killed at one shot. First, TDP’s move to prevent capital shifting can be defeated. Second, Jagan’s main dream to destroy Amaravati farmers will be fulfilled.

If Secretariat is moved to Mangalagiri, technically it will be AP Capital. Obviously, Jagan badly wants to kill the Amaravati capital dream. Buildings worth hundreds of crores in Amaravati will be left unfinished and all that money will go waste. Amaravati farmers will go to court which will become needless, bitter litigation on a massive scale.

From all this, it is clear more than ever that Jagan Team is hell bent on taking its sweet revenge against one particular caste. Jagan has achieved huge success in tarnishing Amaravati image by saying that only one caste farmers are taking most benefit. For various reasons, this harmful theory has got positive response from more sections than expected.

Jagan shifting Secretariat to Mangalagiri?

5

Rumours are circulating fast in official circles that CM Jaganmohan Reddy has given his green signal for shifting Andhra Secretariat from Amaravati Capital City to the nearby Mangalagiri town. CM has taken this decision based on reports submitted by senior IAS officers who are eager to relocate to nearby area to Vijayawada. They have proposed to occupy some buildings in Nagarjuna University and also construct some new buildings in open spaces in its vicinity.

This idea is nothing new as Mangalagiri YCP MLA Alla Ramakrishna Reddy has long been talking about his town as the future Andhra Capital. Obviously, Jagan Circar is using IAS officers’ reports as a pretext to shift Capital out of Amaravati. The officials and Secretariat employees are now thinking of their own petty personal interests like easier conveyance from home to office.

Construction of several apartment complexes for officials in Amaravati was stopped by Jagan already. Hundreds of crores are already spent on them. All this money will go waste. So, Jagan requested Modi for funds to construct new Secretariat buildings newly in Mangalagiri area but not to develop Amaravati.
