Love Today has a good weekend in the Telugu States as the film collections a gross of 6.30 Cr. The distributor share of the film is estimated to be around 2.85 Cr. After a good opening day, the film jumped on the second day and continued that on Sunday. The film is already a Hit with good feeding to theatres and whatever it does on weekdays is a bonus.

Allari Naresh’s Itlu Maredumilli Prajaneekam has a very poor weekend in the Telugu States with a gross of 2.4 Cr in the Telugu States. The distributor share is around 1 Cr. After a very poor opening day, the film failed to show any growth over the weekend and remained flat. The film is a disaster.
After cementing his position and scoring several super hits in Telugu, top producer Dil Raju decided to move on to Bollywood. He picked up the remakes of Jersey and HIT. Both these films ended up as duds though Dil Raju ended up safe as he sold the non-theatrical rights for record prices. He is in talks for the remake of Naandhi and the shoot commences soon. Dil Raju distributed the Tamil blockbuster film Love Today across the Telugu states and the film is doing decent business all over.
Dil Raju had plans to remake the film in Telugu but he released the dubbed version as the digital release will take place on December 2nd. He believes that the film has enough potential to do well in Hindi. He is in talks with AGS Entertainment to remake the film in Hindi. He is looking for possible collaborations and will announce the project after the actor gets locked. Pradeep Ranganathan who directed the original may direct the youthful entertainer.

Nizam is leading with nearly 90 lakhs while the total AP (including Ceeded) has contributed about 95 lakhs. This is the sixth highest opening for a Kollywood film in 2022. Coming to the trailer, Uthaman Pradeep (Pradeep Ranganathan) and Nikitha (Ivana) play lovers who believe they know each other very well and decide to get married. But how well do they actually know each other? When Pradeep meets Nikitha’s father (Sathyaraj), the couple is forced to answer this question as he asks the two of them to exchange their phones just for one day. And he promises that if they still want to be together, he will happily get them married.
While Pradeep and Nikitha are worried that their secrets may be out, they are also tempted to check each other’s phone. Once they unlock the phones, they learn more about each other, which leads to a lot of fights and confusions. And this brings lot of fun and entertainment as modern lovers can relate to this.
The film is slated to hit the theatres in November. Love Today co-stars Yogi Babu, Radikha Sarathkumar, Raveena, Adithya Kathir and Aajeedh Khalique.
