This yet to be titled movie is the official debut of Aditi Rao in Telugu and she is in fact from Hyderabad city but got success in Bollywood. Nani, Mani Ratnam and a Multi-starrer

Natural Star Nani is one die-hard fan of veteran director Mani Ratnam and he revealed this during many instances. He got a chance to dub for the lead actor in OK Bangaram and the actor was excited. Though the duo planned of teaming up for a film it did not work out. The latest happenings say that Nani is soon teaming up with Mani Ratnam for a film and it is said to be a multi-starrer. Mani Ratnam wrapped up the script work recently and he is busy locking the lead actors.

Aravind Swamy and Jyothika have been roped in to play crucial roles in the movie. Malayalam actor Fahadh Faasil and critically acclaimed Tamil actor Vijay Sethupathi are holding talks to team up for the movie. Things will be finalized in a week informed a source from the movie unit after which an official announcement will be out. The movie is expected to roll from January next year and will be bankrolled by Madras Talkies.

Jyothika signs Mani Ratnam’s Film

Actress Jyothika made her comeback to Tamil cinema after years and she has been signing interesting films. After 36 Vayadhinile ended up impressive, her next outing Magalir Mattum is gearing up for release next week. The latest news we hear is that Jyothika has been signed in for a crucial role in Mani Ratnam’s next film which will start rolling during the end of this year. After the debacle of Cheliya, Mani Ratnam has not announced his next project.

Though there are talks that he would direct Ram Charan, sources revealed that the project is not happening any time soon. Mani Ratnam is said to have wrapped up the script work recently and he is busy finalizing the cast, crew. Jyothika earlier worked in Mani Ratnam’s production for the film Dumm Dumm Dumm. This is the first time Jyothika will be working with the legendary filmmaker. An official announcement about the complete cast, crew are expected to be out soon.

Nani to team up with legendary filmmaker next year

Natural star Nani’s career is going great guns with a phenomenal success streak. He has a strong lineup of films in the next two years. He is simultaneously shooting for two films at a time. While MCA is scheduled to release by the end of this year, Krishnarjuna Yuddham will release in the first half of next year.

It is now learnt that Nani has green-lit another project and this time he will team up with his mentor and legendary filmmaker Mani Ratnam. Nani worked as an assistant to Mani Ratnam in the direction department in the beginning of his career. The duo were supposed to come together last year, but unfortunately the project was dropped in the initial stages.

Sources say that Nani has okayed the script narrated by Mani Ratnam and the film is likely to go on floors once he wraps up his current commitments. An official confirmation in this regard is yet to be out.
