Young Rebelstar Prabhas is shooting for his 20th film in the direction of Radha Krishna Kumar. The movie’s first look and title are expected to release this month. Among the bunch of speculated titles, the makers are said to have locked Radhe Shyam as the film’s title. An official announcement is expected next week from the makers. Radhe Shyam is 70% complete and the rest of the film will be canned in specially erected sets.

The makers registered the titles Jaan, Radhe Shyam and Oh Dear for the film and they locked Radhe Shyam. Pooja Hegde is the leading lady in this romantic entertainer that is set in Europe in 1970s. Soon after the restrictions are lifted, the climax episodes will be shot in Annapurna Studios first. UV Creations and Gopikrishna Movies are the producers. Radhe Shyam is expected to release next year. Prabhas is in plans to complete shooting for the film by the end of this year.

After featuring in big budget action drama Saaho, Telugu star Prabhas is playing a lover boy in his next film which is tentatively called as #Prabhas20. Directed by Radha Krishna, the film is set in the backdrop of Europe and it is said to be a period love story. Pooja Hegde is playing Prabhas’ romantic interest in this film. 

Telugu360 has also exclusively learnt that the overseas rights of this film have been bagged by a renowned distribution house for 25 Crores. This includes the rights for all languages and the business in individual countries is now open for local distributors. Even though Saaho failed to match the skyrocketed expectations, #Prabhas20 is red hot in trade circles. 

There is a lot of suspense in audience and trade circles over the film’s release date. In a recent media interaction, Prabhas’ uncle Krishnam Raju announced that the film will hit the screens in Summer 2021. This has created some confusion in media and industry circles. However, our sources close to the team denied the news. It is learnt that the makers are planning to release the film for Dusheera this year. They are looking to wrap up the shooting part by mid this year and get the film ready for October release, added the source.  

UV Creations is bankrolling the film on a hefty budget.

With several big-budget films falling prey for leaks, the makers of this project imposed tight security on the sets. Right from Prabhas to the actors and technicians, no one is allowed to carry their mobile phones on to the sets of the film. Photography is strictly prohibited and a team from the movie unit is specially monitoring the sets every minute.

With the makers investing a bomb on the sets, they are not in a mood to see leaked pictures across social media and other platforms. Lavish sets of Europe are erected in Annapurna Studios and Tellapur for the film’s shoot. Pooja Hegde is the leading lady and the film is aimed for release next year. Made on a budget of Rs 150 crores, the film is produced by UV Creations and Gopikrishna Movies jointly.

Reigning star Prabhas, who wrapped a major part of his forthcoming film Saaho, is currently in Italy to shoot for his new film which was launched last month. Jil fame Radha Krishna Kumar is directing this untitled film which has happening beauty Pooja Hegde as the female lead.

The film is touted to be a period drama set in the 1970s. Prabhas will reportedly play a lover boy who masters palm reading skills. Reliable sources revealed that the film will be a pure romantic entertainer and there will be little scope for action. Majority of the film will be shot in the exotic locales of Europe.

Prabhas fans who loved his swashbuckling warrior image in Baahubali series will be surprised to see him departing from his regular avatar to sport a clean shaved look. Prabhas’ uncle Krishnam Raju is bankrolling the project.

The massive success of Baahubali franchise has made Prabhas a national star. His movies are now eagerly awaited all over the country and the makers of his upcoming films are looking to cash in on his pan-India craze. It is already a known fact that Prabhas’next film Saaho is made on a striking budget.

The latest update is that his next film which is tentatively titled as #Prabhas20 is also going to be made on a grand scale with lavish production values. The film, to be directed by Radha Krishna, is set in the backdrop of Italy. Reportedly, the first schedule of the film will kick off in Italy in a couple of weeks.

Meanwhile, the makers are planning to erect gargantuan sets to recreate some iconic places of Europe for canning prominent scenes inside them. Though majority of the film will be shot in Italy, the director wants to mount massive set pieces to shoot some portions. Nearly 40 Crores budget has been earmarked for these sets alone and production designer Ravinder is currently busy with the task.

Bollywood music composer Amit Trivedi who is currently scoring the music for Megastar Chiranjeevi’s Syeraa has been roped in for Prabas’ next. An official announcement is expected soon.

With lot of scope for music, the makers wanted a prominent composer for the romantic entertainer. Pooja Hegde is the female lead and Prabhas will be seen in a lean and never seen look in this untitled periodic drama. Gopi Krishna Movies and UV Creations will jointly produce this big budget entertainer.
