Gone are the days when the producers used to focus on one film at a time and they used to stay on the sets keeping a close watch on the finances. With every production house occupied with multiple films, they are unable to prevent corruption on the sets. The producers have to focus on business deals and they are unable to make their presence on the sets. Almost all the top production houses are currently producing half a dozen films.

Tollywood producers are busy finalizing projects and they are completely occupied with the business calculations. Most of the producers are now worried about the corruption that is happening on the sets. Though they are well aware about it, they could not prevent the corruption. They are focused on completing the shoot on time instead of taking new measures to stop corruption. The entire system is now corrupted and there are hardly any people who are working for their salaries. Almost all the departments are filled with corrupt people.

All the top producers have met recently to discuss about the ongoing corruption on the sets. They could hire skilled people but not honest ones. Leave about controlling the budget, preventing corruption happens to be the biggest challenge for Tollywood producers now.
