The producers of Telugu cinema are reluctant to obey the demands of the Telugu Film Industry Employees’ Federation after they demanded a hike by 30 percent. In no time, the Telugu producers had a crucial meeting and they decided to hire aspirants outside the Unions. This came as a real shock for many. At the same time, the producers were ready to accept the workers from the Unions but they came with some conditions. Several top producers met Megastar Chiranjeevi on Tuesday evening and Balakrishna on Wednesday evening to discuss the ongoing controversy.

Chiranjeevi has suggested the producers to settle the issue amicably as the life of lakhs of union workers is at stake. He also asked to meet the Union members and discuss about the possible resolutions. He also welcomed the move of producers hiring new talent. Balakrishna said that he is always an actor who supported his producers. He also responded in a similar tone like Megastar. Balakrishna said that the number of working days for Telugu films have to be reduced. He also said that he is ready to do more number of films every year to support the producers of Telugu cinema. All the other actors are ready to support their producers accordingly.
