Sharp remarks, physical aggression and emotional breakdowns left the atmosphere tense, and today’s episode dealt with the consequences. Even as former contestants visited the house to conduct fun but competitive captaincy tasks, the emotional rifts between housemates remained visible.
Continued Fallout from Nominations
Sanjana’s remarks about Ritu, Pavan’s manhandling of Kalyan, and Kalyan’s outburst during nominations carried over into the next day. Bharani attempted to correct Kalyan’s behaviour, urging him to maintain composure. Meanwhile, Tanuja stepped into the role of emotional adviser, consoling Ritu and encouraging her to focus on the game rather than the negativity. Tanuja also counselled Pavan, telling him to let her play her own individual game.
Emmanuel tried to guide Sanjana as well. He acknowledged her intentions but warned that her choice of words was inappropriate. Priyanka Jain entered first and quickly connected with contestants she already knew. Many housemates lobbied with her privately to gain an advantage in the captaincy race.
Bigg Boss introduced the next captaincy qualifier task titled “Something Fishy.” Priyanka chose Kalyan for the challenge. Kalyan defeated her and secured his place as a captaincy contender.
Gowtham Joins with a Prank
Gowtham entered next, initially pretending to be a new wild card entrant. The housemates immediately recognised it as a prank. He then assigned a humorous task: the male housemates had to flirt with the female housemates and impress him.
Pairs such as Suman and Sanjana, Kalyan and Ritu, Emanuel and Divya, and Pavan and Tanuja entertained with light-hearted performances.
Bigg Boss then announced a new task titled “Quick Yet Perfect.” Gowtham selected Bharani, stating that Bharani deserved a fair opportunity as he had never become captain. Despite giving his best, Bharani lost the challenge. With captaincy opportunities now closed for the season, he becomes the only current housemate never to have held the position.
