Akhil Hello Overseas

After a disappointing debut, Akkineni Akhil is desperate to make a strong comeback with his upcoming film ‘Hello’. Critically acclaimed filmmaker Vikram Kumar is directing this film which is touted to be a new age romantic thriller with advanced technical values.

Surprisingly, the film is getting crazy deals in overseas market where Akhil is yet to gain a foothold. It is exclusively learnt that a leading overseas distributor who is on a buying spree has offered a handsome price in the range of 5-6 Crores for the overseas rights of Hello. This is a solid deal for the producer considering the fact that Akhil’s debut film ended as huge loss venture in overseas.

‘Akhil’ managed to collect a paltry $ 175K in its full run in overseas. So, it is a huge test for Akhil’s market because ‘Hello’ should gross nearly $ 1.2 Million to break even if the producer closes the deal at the above said price.

Hello is slated to hit the screens in December.
