Reportedly, star hero Nagarjuna has been roped in to reprise Aravind Swamy’s role in the Telugu remake of Tamil blockbuster Thani Oruvan.
As announced earlier, Ram Charan will play the lead role in the official Telugu remake of Thani Oruvan. DVV Danayya has bagged the remake rights for a hefty price and has zeroed in on Surender Reddy to wield the megaphone for this project. Close sources to the unit confirmed that Nagarjuna will play the antagonist role which was played by Aravind Swamy in the Tamil version.
Initially, few other popular actors names were considered for this role and finally they have confirmed Nagarjuna to play this important role. Already, the pre production work has started and the film will go on floors in January. The remaining cast and crew will be announced soon
