Janasena, CPI and CM to start ‘SCS Movement’ – CPM Madhu

After his meeting with Janasena Party Chief Pawan Kalyan, and other left parties’ leaders, CPM Leader (former MP) Penumalli Madhu said that Janasena, CPI and CPM are working closely to come up with the SCS Movement.

‘Janasena, CPI and CPM have come together build a strong movement statewide. We are initially planning to build the movement in Uttharandhra, Rayalseema districts and Prakasham district. We intend to carryout protests on a large scale for the implementation of commitments mentioned in the AP Reorganization Act.

It is highly unacceptable if the Centre says it will implement these commitments over a 40-year-timeline. Amit Shah’s letter is just an example of ‘blame game’. BJP and TDP have completely ignored the interests of the state, and today’s youth is wishing for a new political system’, said Madhu.

The recent development left both TDP and BJP in shock. TDP has been waiting like a cunning fox to expose Pawan Kalyan’s alleged back-up from BJP. While BJP hope that that Pawan will fall to dust over SCS. We can expect Janasena to team up with the Left Parties in 2019 AP Assembly elections.

The meeting went on for over 3 ½ hours. Talking to the media post the meeting, Pawan Kalyan made some interesting comments.

Reacting to a reporter’s question on the letter written by Amit Shah Pawan Kalyan said, ‘There is no need to consider the letter written by Amit Shah. He has written the letter, as the President of a national party. If the Centre sends a letter to the AP Government, we will then consider it, and react accordingly’.

‘The people of Andhra Pradesh are losing out on many opportunities due Special Category Status. Especially, the north-coastal districts and Rayalaseema districts are being most affected. The state government has failed again and again to develop basic infrastructure in these districts’, said Pawan Kalyan.

Putting aside his criticism on the State Government, Pawan Kalyan rightly pointed out that, there is no need to respond to a letter from a party. At the same time, people should understand that it is the Centre vs State, and not the BJP vs TDP on an official front.

‘Bharat Anu Nenu’ was written for Pawan ??

Bharat Anu Nenu movie is all set for release in April. Koratala Siva seems to be super confident on the final outcome. But now one interesting update came from the writer of this movie.

Srihari Nanu is the writer of this movie. He revealed, after watching Pawan forming Janasena in 2014, he wrote a subject keeping Pawan in mind and how it will be if Pawan becomes CM for the state. He also revealed he narrated the subject to Pawan but Pawan did not evince interest in playing the role of CM, though he liked te subject, as it would send wrong signals to people that he is floating party for the sake of power. So he rejected this story and did normal movies like Katamarayudu. Meanwhile, Koratala Siva, knowing this writer has a good story, approached him. Koratala who wrote stories by himself for all 3 movies earlier, now bought the story from Srihari Nanu for his 4th movie. As per the reports, the writer is paid almost 1 crore for the story alone.

However, it is not first time Pawan missed such good stories. Earlier, Puri revealed in an interview that Idiot, Amma Naanna O Tamil Ammayi and Pokiri were all written for Pawan and also narrated to Pawan but he rejected them.

Did Chandrababu run out of subjects, for criticizing parties?

Political leaders pick a topic to criticize their opposition leaders. At times, they run out of topics all of a sudden. It looks like same is the case of AP CM Chandrababu Naidu currently. After hanging on to Arun Jaitley comments on Special Category Status and remarks that Defence budget cannot be allocated to Andhra Pradesh, CBN hardly had any substantial topic to attack the Centre.

Even in his recent teleconference with TDP MPs, CBN mentioned that Jaitley’s comments invoked ample emotion in AP public. Along with his routine ‘direction’ to TDP MPs, comments on Vijay Sai Reddy, and attacking Pawan Kalyan, the AP CM has literally nothing to offer.

With YSRCP bunking the AP Assembly sessions, and YS Jagan via Vijay Sai Reddy busy in lobbying BJP key leaders in Delhi, the TDP leaders have diverted their attention towards Pawan Kalyan. Sources close to TDP informed that their blistering attack on Pawan Kalyan wouldn’t continue for long, given the ‘self-harm’ it is causing.

It will be interesting to see, how long Chandrababu will continue with his routine and trivial criticism, to divert people’s attention.

He further went on to say, ‘comments with respect to my grandfather hurt me a lot. I am someone who is highly disciplined. Without complete information, how can you allegate someone?’.

Taking a U-turn on the issue of special category status to Andhra Pradesh, actor-politician Pawan Kalyan on Monday said the tag was not important.

In an interview to a television channel, the Jana Sena chief said that it doesn’t matter whether the state gets the tag of special status or not.

“What is important is the financial help from the central government,” he said.

Pawan, younger brother of superstar and Congress leader Chiranjeevi, also ruled out any truck with the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) till the state’s demands are met.

The actor had been targeting Andhra Pradesh’s ruling Telugu Desam Party (TDP) ever since it accepted special package from the BJP-led NDA government last year in lieu of the special category status.

Pawan had been addressing a series of meetings to target TDP. He had also described the special package as a “stale laddu”.

Last week, he had even threatened to launch an indefinite fast to seek special status.

The u-turn came amid the allegations by the TDP that Pawan has secret understanding with the BJP. TDP president and Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu had criticised the actor for making allegations of corruption against the TDP government instead of targeting Prime Minister Narendra Modi for not fulfilling the promise of special status.

Pawan, however, denied the allegations that BJP is behind him. “I have people behind me,” he said.

Denying that he suddenly started making allegations against the TDP government, the actor claimed that he had taken up the matter with Naidu but he did not seem serious about looking into the problem.

Meanwhile, reacting sharply to Pawan’s latest remarks on special status, state minister Amarnath Reddy said this proved beyond doubt that he is playing into the hands of the BJP.

Pawan had campaigned for BJP-TDP alliance in 2014 elections. TDP last week pulled out of NDA, accusing BJP of not fulfilling the commitments made to the state, especially granting special category status.

Pawan Kalyan to return advance to ‘Mythri’

Long back, Pawan Kalyan promised to do a film under the production of Mythri Movie Makers.

As Pawan is lined up with a couple of other projects at that time, the production house paid him some advance to kick start their film first. As Pawan demanded full remuneration to allot dates for the project, Mythri cleared his full payment.

Pawan was supposed to start this project after completing Agnyaathavaasi. But, his plunge into full time politics has put the project on the back burner. As Pawan is not interested to do films at this moment, the production house has demanded Pawan to return their amount immediately as it has been a long time since they paid him his total remuneration.

Reports suggest that Pawan Kalyan has agreed to return the amount as he will be busy with political activities till 2019 and completing the film is not at all possible. He asked six months time to settle the account with Mythri.

So it is clear that Pawan Kalyan’s film with the production house is shelved.

Hindupur TDP MLA Nandamuri Balakrishna visited Hindupur, (Ananthapur district) to inaugurate few social welfare projects. He took part in the ‘Foundation Stone’ ceremony for the Indoor Stadium, that is being constructed at an expense of Rs 2 crores.

The over-excited media asked Nandamuri Balakrishna to comment on the recent allegations made by Pawan Kalyan in his speech in Guntur meeting. ‘I don’t want to make someone a hero. I’m a superhero’, said Balakrishna.

Everyone was left in utter shock after listening to Balakrishna’s comments. They hardly had any clue about what Balakrishna tried to convey.

Meanwhile, the TDP factions took to social media stating, Balakrishna has a great sense of humour and terming them as slapstick to Pawan Kalyan.

While political analysts had a completely opposite version of the TDP factions. They opined that Balakrishna is playing a safe game, given the fact that, both of them are from the film fraternity. Even in the past, Balakrishna made similar comments when asked about Pawan Kalyan.

Janasena chief Pawan who recently fired salvos at ruling TDP and its leaders spoke to national media yesterday. After listening to what he spoke one gets a doubt whether he is burning all the bridges too early. He already “burned the bridge” connecting with TDP, now he did the same with BJP too.

Pawan Kalyan, while speaking to national media, ruled out any alliance with the BJP in Andhra Pradesh. After targeting TDP during his speech , Pawan Kalyan has once again targeted Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu and his son whom he has accused of “indulging in widespread corruption”. While speaking about any possible alliance with BJP, he told, “Currently, the image of the BJP in the state is completely negative. Nobody in his right frame of mind will partner with the BJP at this time.” Though it is good to see Pawan clearly saying he will not allign with BJP (at the moment), one gets a doubt whether he is burning all the bridges too early.

Generally politicians always keep their options open though they criticize other parties. Babu kept his option with NDA till last moment. Jagan keeping doors open with Congress and BJP. But it seems, Pawan is burning good Bridges too early. With his meeting speech, now he can’t align with TDP. Now he gave clarity about BJP also. While Chiranjeevi failed due to his overtly passive nature, Pawan seems to be showing unnecessary aggression and burning all political Bridges too early.

Nara Chandrababu Naidu stated that the allegations made by Pawan Kalyan in the ‘Janasena Formation Day’ meeting against him and Nara Lokesh are completely baseless. He said, ‘can he prove the allegations made against us? If we wanted money, we can focus on Heritage. We can easily earn Rs 65 crores annually.

Lokesh came into politics only to serve the people of the state. I used to see Lokesh only after midnight, while he was a child. Now, Lokesh gets to see Devansh only once in a week’.

Talking about the JFC (Joint Fact-Finding Committee) founded by Pawan Kalyan, the AP CM stated that, JFC itself is an error. ‘Instead of confronting the Centre on why it is not releasing funds, who are they to mediate between the Centre and the state? The JFC itself is an error above all.

I had few limitations while we were a part of the NDA alliance. After coming out of the alliance, I have the freedom to approach any party, and form an association with them’, said Chandrababu.

Prominent director and producer Tammareddy Bharadwaja praised Pawan Kalyan and his speech on Janasena formation day . He told, Pawan spoke very well and hats-off to his speech. He also responded on TDP ministers’ comments on Pawan.

Tammareddy remarked, Chandra Babu changed his stand on special category status several times as he sometimes say it is panacea and sometimes it is not panacea. If you lose your tongue, I might have to react strongly. Do keep that in mind.

Only I can fight with the NDA government at the Centre. You (TDP & YSRCP) people don’t have the guts to go fight against the NDA government. I do not have loopholes, nor have necessities like you. I have nothing to fear. We are only afraid of the people, and the god. How can you even say that I am reading out a script, or working for someone?’, questioned Pawan Kalyan.

The triangular fight between TDP – YSRCP – Janasena will definitely lead to a revolution in AP politics.

Janasena Chief Pawan Kalyan visited the families of Diarrhoea victims. He has already stated that he would be in Guntur until March 18th. Pawan visited diarrhoea patients in the GGH (Guntur Government Hospital) and demanded that the government should immediately grant ex-gratia.

Talking to the media, Pawan Kalyan said, ‘In Guntur, almost everything is adulterated and contaminated. The same is the case with drinking water too. It is the minimum responsibility of the government to supply clean and safe drinking water. If the govt. fails to even supply safe and clean drinking water, how will the government develop Andhra Pradesh?

The government punish the public representatives and officials who are responsible for this.

If the higher officials take bribes, how can they question their subordinates? On behalf of the people, Janasena Party demands the government to declare ‘Medical Emergency’ in Guntur. The government should announce ex-gratia for the families of the deceased.

At the same time, the government should send a senior IAS-level official to Guntur until the whole thing is sorted out. I did not find any cooperators here. It is unclear whether the local authorities don’t have enough resources, or the willingness to work.
The State government should come up with a permanent solution for the problem’.

In fact, as one BJP leader quoted, “There has been high-drama in AP politics in last one month”. Recent in this one is TDP suspecting BJP and Modi-Amit Shah duo behind Pawan Kalyan and his comments.

Chandra Babu himself expressed this doubt and commented “Unfortunately, there are some very big heads behind all this and they are trying to weaken TDP party”. Moreover common man is also getting a doubt about BJP behind Pawan’s comments. Pawan’s allegations of linking Shekhar Reddy with Lokesh is definitely a new allegation and even Sakshi media or YSRCP party who always keep a tab on Lokesh and all other TDP leaders never did this allegation. So, as per common man, even if this allegation is true – there is no way that Pawan can know this information unless some BJP leaders that too at top position passed this information to him.

Moreover, there is new information doing rounds in media circles that Pawan is soon (maybe in a month or two) meeting Ram Madhav, one of the disciples of Amit Shah who mainly involves in sketching and executing electioneering strategies of BJP. Common people remembers Tammareddy Bharadwaja’s video that he released more than a month back as the current sequence of events are almost in sync with what he said in that video.

Is Pawan Kalyan referring wrong report on Ap Corruption?

Pawan Kalyan’s speech yesterday created a political storm and especially his remarks on corruption in the state by ruling TDP party members. However, he referred according to latest report (NCAER) , AP topped in corruption.

But it seems, Pawan is not referring the latest report here. In fact, latest report of NCAER, AP did well in many indicators. As per the latest report, 51.1 % responded that corruption is not main problem in the state, 35.6% reported the problem is moderate and only 13.3 % reported it is severe problem.

Morever the report said, “Gujarat, Delhi, Andhra Pradesh, Haryana, Telangana and Tamil Nadu are the top six states for business investment potential under N-SIPI 217 which ranks states based on all six pillars“.

The report also added, “over eighty percent of the respondents located mainly in Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Kerala, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Telangana and Karnataka faced no difficulty in acquiring land for industrial use.”

The report also mentioned, “Andhra Pradesh is one of the top three states in the labour and N-SIPI perceptions survey pillars, but lags relatively behind in the infrastructure and economic conditions pillars” .

However, earlier reports did mention AP was corrupted. As per old report, 74.3% earlier responded corruption is main issue in the state. This topic was raised in AP assembly by Jagan Mohan Reddy more than a year back, and Chandra babu also responded on this issue. Chandra Babu told – ‘ “In the entire country, AP ranks number one in corruption, and also in development.” ‘ .

One thing that people fail to understand is why Pawan is referring to old report that talks negatively about AP instead of referring the latest report that gave good score on many indicators.

Pawan Kalyan addresses NRIs in Vijayawada

Pawan Kalyan addressed the NRI Wing of Janasena Party. With last evening’s fiery speech in Guntur, all eyes are on the NR meeting. Speaking to NRIs (Non-Resident Indians), Pawan Kalyan called for their support and backing for the state of Andhra Pradesh and Janasena party too.
He said, ‘we are not looking NRIs as a fundraising option or a monetary bank. Instead, we request you to support the state, given your wide connections in the US. I only have very limited connections in the US’.

It is understood that Pawan Kalyan pledged the NRIs to take part in active politics of Telugu states. ‘Pawan Kalyan asked whether the NRIs had any doubts regarding his approach or party’s stance on various issues raised at the meeting yesterday. NRIs came from different countries and attended the meeting voluntarily. Valuing and respecting their presence, Pawan Kalyan met them. At the same time, he wanted them to be the ambassadors of Janasena internationally, and carry forward welfare programs’, said a party source.

Over 40 NRIs have reportedly attended the Janasena Formation Day party meeting last evening in Guntur.

Jana Sena supremo Pawan Kalyan on Monday performed Bhoomi Puja for his new house which is all set to be constructed in 2.07 acres of land at 368/B1 survey number at KAZA, in Guntur district. The land rates in this area are sky-high at a minimum of Rs 2 crore per acre. However, Kalyan secured that land for a minuscule rate as low as 10 percent of the market value. According to the government land registration document, the land was secured at about Rs 20 Lakh per acre. As per the records, Kalyan purchased the 2.07 acres of land at Rs 41,40,000. ( While prices are volatile, Realtors in the area told Telugu360 that current market price of some of the plots is more than Rs 10 Cr per acre in area that Pawan is building the house)

As per highly placed sources, there is a settlement story in itself around buying this land at throwaway prices, with Rajahmundry real estate as backdrop and Janasena party office as base. Prasad who was an NRI, returned from US and ventured into real estate business initially in Hyderabad, after which he aspired to construct high-rise apartment in Rajahmundry. He secured all the approvals for the construction of the building at a land identified in Rajahmundry only to be stalled by a well-known litigant Someswararao from East Godavari who also happens to be a relative of Kapu patriarch Mudragada Padmanabam.

While the two parties were taking help of local rural and Urban MLAs of Rajahmundry, NRI Prasad reached out to Jana Sena’s key member Maarisetti Raghavaiah. He sought help of them, promised to bear the cost of construction of Jana Sena office or Kalyan’s home if the Rajamundry land matter is sorted out. Raghavaiah who took permission of Kalyan and with the help of then ex-DGP, successfully stalled the litigant Rao and Prasad got his land out from litigation. With the help of a retired IAS officer (Ex IT Commissioner), who is also a political aspirant, NRI Prasad ensured that the 2-acre land set-aside for Sahiti Constructions by LEPL ( Lingamaneni Estates Pvt. Ltd) has been registered for Pawan Kalyan at throwaway price. It may be recalled that LEPL owns the river front guest house which is the residence of Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu

Directly Jana Sena party member and indirectly Kalyan were part of this quid-pro-quo between the litigant and the real estate builder.
